Not everyone gets the chance to live on the most famous street in Louisville, Kentucky, but when you book this 2 nd floor apartment on Bardstown, you’ll be doing precisely that. Set back from the street by being located behind a clothes store, the apartment is accessed by a side door shared with whoever’s staying in the downstairs apartment. You’ll be heading upstairs into a fully remodeled, totally inviting home from home.
OPEN CONCEPT LIVING/DINING/KITCHEN AREA This is likely the place you’ll spend most of your waking hours while in the house. The shiny wooden floor adds real style to a space that features two sofas (1 a sleeper) offering up great views of the TV (with Netflix and Roku, of course). More seating can be found in the form of the four stools that line up next to the bar area which connects to the modern kitchen. Appliances aplenty are to be found in here along with all the cookware, cutlery and cups a group of 5 on vacation are likely to need.
THE 2 BEDROOMS With so much great nightlife to sample and Bourbon to taste in the local area, who knows how much time you’ll have for sleep! However, when you do finally call it a day, you’ll have 2 delightfully comfortable beds to relax and recharge in, ready to do it all over again.
THE 2 BATHROOMS You’ll want to freshen up first, of course, and the two fully tiled bathrooms with walk-showers are the places to do that, giving you all the space and style you need to get ready to enjoy Louisville.
OUTSIDE SPACE Accessed from the living area, you have a street-facing balcony that will be all yours. Maybe eat breakfast, sip coffee, and enjoy other drinks out here before you head out for the day/night. It’s a great place to sample the atmosphere of Bardstown, and with a grill for you to use, you can enjoy delicious BBQs too.
LAUNDRY Yes, there’s a washer and dryer here for you to use, great for those last minute laundry needs!

If you want to stay somewhere that’s in the heart of town, but is set back a little from the street then this apartment for 5 guests behind a clothes store is ideal for you. The home is actually located on a street that’s named “the most famous street of the city Louisville, KY”. There are restaurants right opposite, a coffee shop next door and a park, boba tea, and plenty of nightlife nearby, so the needs of everyone young and old are catered for right on your doorstep within easy and safe walkable distances.

Best Place and location
Property manager responsive and available at anytime needed. Awesome neighborhood, soooo many things to do within walking distance. Awesome coffee shop next door although property is stocked with coffee. Great neighborhood to walk in, Foodies gallore. can not say enough about out stay. Enjoyed every minute.

Proper listing
The listing said it sleeps six but only two beds and the coach did not pull out. My don had to sleep on the couch that was too short (tall person)

Revisiting home town to see old friends
My wife and I decided to visit Louisville and reconnect with old friends. We brought 2 well trained pets (12 &14 yrs). Booked 3 nights (Prop. #94869758) on Nov 9th-12th. Received confirmation on the 4th and then nothing. I requested address and check in information on Nov 7th. (two days till we leave) and I get an immediate response "when did I book?" then next day "did my credit card get charged?" and "we will send you information tomorrow {one day before we leave}. The day we leave I finally get the address (how was I supposed to find the place with our GPS if they wouldn't give us the damn address). Then while on the road they apologize send us another thrilling message "the first address was wrong" so I'm driving to KY with no address or check-in information and we've messaged over a dozen times already. A few hours later they FINALLY send both Address and Password to check in (we were literally hours away and stressed out). No way to treat a client if you want a good review or return business. Once we arrive, the apartment was remodeled well but bedrooms are too small for anything a very small and not too clean twin bed. Linens look like they were purchased at a 70's derby party yard sale and were absolutely filthy. Linen's were so threadbare and cheap, we bought our own and slept on top. Location is perfect, but we would never stay there again. Host is not personable, informative or helpful in any way. It's a room with NO hospitality.
