Stayed with partner and 1 yr old. The space was very well decorated and clean. The kitchen had only a few pots and pans and two of the provided pans were scratched teflon that we didn’t feel comfortable cooking with. There was a provided pack n play and a mattress for it which was great. The hosts provided a high chair as well which was very thoughtful. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. The backyard was nice as well! Definitely a positive stay overall and the hosts were very responsive and welcoming.

Great place in Austin

Nice house in a nice neighborhood. Outdoor siting area was a great place to hang out with friends. Bathrooms and kitchen are modern.

Great place, very clean and close to zilker and downtown. Host was very friendly and communicated with me quickly and well. The house was clean and very cute, overall a 10/10 stay.

Wonderful Stay in South Austin!!!

The home was beautiful and just as pictures. The kitchen was magnificent for cooking for a family of four, and it’s located in a cute, quiet neighborhood of south Austin. It was perfect for a family function in town and so incredibly local to lots of stud to do no more than a 20min drive for fun local stuff. My small family loved being there and it was a home away from home! Thank you so much to the host for the lovely hospitality.

I wanted to buy this house!

Perfect location! Perfectly remodeled! Cute outdoor sitting area, so relaxing. Close to downtown, but far enough south to not have to drive though the Austin traffic.

Day at The Capital

Me and 2 of my friends/ agents came into Austin for Day at The Capital for a work event. The house was perfect for us to get away in between meetings and have somewhere quiet to go home to at night.

Great place to stay!

This was the perfect place for our family to stay during our visit to Austin. Clean, modern and plenty of space. Owner was very responsive and accommodating to our questions/needs. Easy drive to downtown. Highly recommend!

Great cozy place to stay!!

Was coming into town with some colleagues and spotted this gem on VRBO, needed to stay an extra night so I messaged the owner and they were very prompt to take care of it on there end and all I had to do was follow the prompts and pay through the app. Very clean and a very quiet neighborhood!

Nice little gem in South Austin

This home was perfect for our group of 5. Kitchen was fully supplied, comfortable beds and the house was spotless. Far enough south to be quiet and restful but close enough for easy access. Thank you for hosting us!

Weekend South Austin Stay

4 day weekend in South Austin for a Yoga workshop. This house was only minutes from the venue and was also close to a grocery store and several restaurants- very convenient.The house was very clean and well organized. My only recommendation is to have a set of measuring cups avaialble, but honestly that was it. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again.

Very satisfied with accommodations

My two adult sons and I were in Austin for a family funeral. The house suited us very well. We had enough space and were comfortable. This house has clearly been modernized for comfort.

Cozy and clean house on inside

Enjoyed the house, it was as pictured on inside clean with modern finishes. Comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. Kitchen was spacious and again clean. Good location for South Congress. Very nice! My only complaint would be the outdoor space was not as clean as the inside of the house. Not swept and outdoor furniture had spiderwebs and insects all over chairs and sofa. Grass was high and had not been mowed. Front entrance was the same. I understand there had been rain recently but still a little disappointing.

Clean and pretty comfortable house

For the most part, we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood is decent and we were told it’s a safe neighborhood. The house however looks as if no one is living there. It’s pretty untended on the outside. The inside was very clean. The master bedroom and shower are great! The kitchen was well stocked. Our two complaints were 1) there were no top sheets on any of the beds. Just the duvets. It made it hard to regulate our temperature while sleeping. 2). The outdoor patio was very dirty. All the seats and table were too dirty to use. We used a broom to sweep them off, but they obviously hadn’t been cleaned for the season. We didn’t want to sit on any of the furniture or put anything on the table. I suppose if we had had a hose we could have hosed everything off but that’s not something we want to do on vacation.
