Welcome to this inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo at Magnolia North in Myrtle Beach, SC. This second-floor walk-up end unit offers beautiful views of the Myrtlewood Golf Course.

The master bedroom includes a king bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination, while the two guest bedrooms each have a queen bed and share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The kitchen is well-equipped with granite countertops, making meal preparation a breeze, and the large dining table seats up to 8 guests. Unwind in the spacious living area or take in the relaxing views from the balcony. Guests at Magnolia North can also enjoy access to the outdoor pool, making this condo a great choice for your Myrtle Beach stay!

*Please note: Walking up exterior stairs to the second floor is required. There is no elevator at this property.

Nice community

The stay was plesant, however I would like a less firm mattress. I have back problems and mattress was too firm. Overall stay was good. Easy access to shopping, entertainment, restaurants.

Such a cute little place for our family! We rented a 3 bd 2 bath. We had to call for maintenance after hours because we had flipped a breaker and wasn't sure where the panel was out and they were out within the hour. We had such a great stay!

Great set up and spacious

We stayed for a baseball tournament with our 2 teenagers and were very impressed with the condo. Exactly what we needed. Having a kitchen and washer and dryer was perfect. Would come back for sure. Not impressed with pools

Baseball and vacation

Our stay was just fine overall. I really wanted to have space and it was spacious for just 2 teens. The amenities are almost nonexistent so get ready to buy everything you need. Including breakfast pans, toilet paper, coffee, etc. it’s communicated but after you book. The sofa and pillows are very worn.

The place is nice and the family gathering area is spacious . Also be mindful this is a 2nd floor condo and there is no elevator. The bedrooms are a little on the small side and beds in 2 rooms are full-size beds which are small compared to a queen. The location is great and centrally located to many attractions. Overall the place is great for its intended purpose and I would rent again.

Gorgeous condo, spectacular view!

We absolutely adored this open concept condo. Very spacious, 3 bedrooms with a phenomenal view of the golf course. Super quiet end unit, beautiful pool across driveway with easy access. The kitchen is loaded with utensils, pots, keurig, coffeepot, crockpot and cooking utensils. Only downfall was the pan situation. There was only one very small pan which made cooking difficult for the family. Luckily, I read the full disclosure & all reviews before coming so I knew what was available and came prepared. Bring your own spices, salt, pepper, butter oil,etc. Food Lion is 1 min down the road so we stocked up for the week & bought all the extra items we needed. Bring your own laundry detergent. Condo comes with 2 dishwasher pods & a small dish soap so if you need more like we did, bring or buy some. Bedrooms were beautiful, bathrooms stocked w/ towels and a baggie of sham, cond., lotion, makeup wipes. Overall, this condo is perfect for a small vacay! We love the Myrtlewood Villas and have stayed here for 3 years in a row to drop my stepdaughter off at Coastal Carolina University. Its close to literally everything! 15 mins from school, 5 mins from Broadway at the Beach, 10 mins from Tanger Outlets and Barefoot Landing. You cant beat it! Saltwater Grande Property owners are amazing. Communication w/ any issues, check in, checkout was addressed immediately & so easy to get in and out with a door code. We will most definitely be renting with them again!! Enjoy! Worth every Penny!
