Esta hermosa unidad se encuentra en el tercer piso de Lasata y tiene un gran patio privado que da hacia el puerto deportivo. Sólo unos pocos pasos para llegar al pueblo de restaurantes, entretenimiento, compras, bares. Un dormitorio con dos baños lo convierte en un lujo para los padres y sus hijos o parejas. Incluso hay un sofá cama doble. La cocina totalmente equipada le permite cocinar cualquier cosa que desee o simplemente hacer lo mínimo para que pueda disfrutar de sus vacaciones. Con una persona de guardia disponible, no hay necesidad de preocuparse si surge un problema, sin embargo, esta unidad está en excelentes condiciones y también es extremadamente atractiva. Estamos orgullosos de tener una unidad limpia y sin mancha por lo que se obtiene exactamente lo que ve en nuestras fotos. Queremos que tenga unas vacaciones llenas de acontecimientos sin preocupaciones, solo diversión.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is extremely clean and beautiful. The owner has excellent communication and is very easy to get ahold of. Being so close (within walking distance) to all of the activities at Baytowne Wharf was a huge bonus for our family as there was always something to do. There are carts available to help transport luggage to the condo. We brought extra paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher pods, but didn’t have to use any as the condo was well stocked with starter supplies. We did not use the beach access as we always go to the public beaches. All in all this is a great place to stay!

Great property, but…….

Great condo and the Grand Sandestin was beautiful. Liked the pool and fitness facility. Met lots of nice folks staying there. Tram and beach was not good. Without expensive beach chair set up, we were really far from the water and could barely see it. We went to state park beaches the rest of the week. The map on VtBo showed the beach on the Gulf side of Scenic 98. Not able to walk to it as indicated since we would have had to walk with chairs and cooler. Disappointing to say the least

Beautiful property

The property manager was awesome! The property is beautiful & clean. We didn't use the tram we drove to the beach. During High season you may need to use the tram. You are next to the wharf which is nice but the pin online makes it look closer to the gulf. You are across the highway & need to drive or take the tram. You are not near the gulf but can see the marina a teeny bit through the trees. Overall we loved the property.The parking was tight but thats the only real downside we found.We would stay there again.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

My wife and I loved the well appointed 1 bedroom home at Lasata. Location was perfect, walking distance to Baytown Warf, Tennis and the Effie Hotel. The place had everything we needed and Phyllis was always very quick to respond to any requests. The only negative to the property was the parking situation. I drive a large truck and the parking space were tiny. Highly recommend the property!

The owners were accommodating when we needed a new bed because the old one was terrible to sleep on. Probably should have been replaced a few years ago. The new washer and dryer worked great. The unit is looking old and needs a remodel. Lots of mildew in the shower. Old furniture, I had to wash the covers on two decorator throw pillows because they were dirty. Bar stool covers are dirty. Suggest getting rid of fabric bar stools and get something easy to maintain. Sofa is so low to the floor it is hard to get out of. Floor in the unit wasn’t clean and we found candy stuck to the floor in two spots.

Great Mother Daughter Trip

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I had a great experience. The area felt very safe and the condo was a great size and had good accommodations. A few things to mention that could’ve been better. I read a review that the bed squeaked. This in fact was true and it was pretty loud. The bed itself may be broken. It would wake us up. The only other thing was a map of the property to include where the pools are located and how to find the parking garage and how to navigate would’ve been extremely helpful. I did have a number to text or call and they were extremely helpful. I couldn’t find the parking garage when I got there and she called me and walked me through it because that was easier than texting back, but having that info would be helpful on the front end. The property is very large and complex but was greatly enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful place to vacation

Place was very cleanly which we appreciated it. The condo owner was so nice and answered all my questions! Parking is secure with a parking pass as well so it’s a good area. You can eat and travel inside the Wharf town or visit outside around in Destin. There are chairs in room. Bed is huge and sooo comfy! The place was a great size with two bathrooms, one bedroom. The balcony was really nice with calming sounds and views. We were not on the beach, but we walk to car, traveled to an open public beach and carried everything with us to and from. We were not impressed with the cement blocks that were in the area of cars being parked So it was tough getting in and out of the garage. Everything else was great! Enjoy!

Stayed in this unit from August 4 through August 8, 2024 and was very pleased. The communication with Phyllis at Beach Blue was excellent and she was able to answer all our questions prior to our arrival. The access to the Sandestin Resort, parking garage, building access and room access went very smoothly, with no issues. The unit was very well maintained, with no visible signs of any issues that needed repair. This was our first experience with renting through VRBO and Beach Blue and it was a very positive one! I highly recommend the unit, especially with the second full bathroom. Our daughter was able to sleep on the sofa and have her own bathroom and we didn't have to pay for a condo that had two bedrooms in order to get that second bathroom, so that is a Win Win!! Would definitely stay there again!

We WILL be back!

Sandestin is an incredible resort with everything you need without ever having to leave the property! The location of this condo was PERFECT. Easy walking distance to Baytowne Wharf with tons of food and entertainment. Condo was perfect for a couple or small family with everything we needed. Phyllis was amazing … responding quickly to questions and requests!!
