One hour from NYC and 2 miles from the charming small town of New Canaan, buzzing with boutique shops and outdoor restaurants, you’ll find your perfect private family retreat. We have two quiet, manicured acres for lounging poolside, in the hammock, by the firepit, or entertaining on the string-lit stone patio. The beautiful neighborhood has lots of young families and is perfect for biking and walking.

Our large, comfortable, fully-equipped family home has 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 8. You will find everything that you need at your fingertips.

The second floor offers the Master bedroom with king bed and en suite bathroom with a shower and separate large soaking tub. Three other bedrooms on the second floor share two generous hall bathrooms. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other two have full sized beds. The main floor bedroom has a king bed and en suite bathroom.

Guests may opt to have the main level guestroom converted to a second office with pool view. Two twin beds would then be available in the bonus basement for extra guests.

The main floor has a large office area with views of the backyard and pool.

Other amenities include: Gameroom with pool table, Built-in firepit with Adirondack chairs, WiFi that extends out to the pool, Central A/C, large laundry room, grill, Treager wood-pellet smoker, espresso maker, large wood-burning fireplace, fully equipped kitchen with pool view.
