Nature Seekers, this is your haven. This home is located just out of town but comes with plenty of cozy comforts that make you feel like you’re a world away from the daily stresses of life. Located just off the highway, you’ll turn onto some quiet back roads, driving approximately 15 minutes from the nearest city to your quaint little escape. Sitting just along the edge of a timber farm, creeks and streams border this secluded property. There is plenty of land to roam while you explore and appreciate the wildlife. The absence of city lights makes the night sky a perfect backdrop for stargazing. Take time to get away from it all and enjoy some relaxation at Room to Roam. Excellent time in the country

The property is a super comfortable cool quiet unique building and everything was great! My dogs loved running around the property and Julia was very responsive and accommodating! We'll definitely be back!

Great space to get away

This is a great property for a quiet time away from things. It's like camping with a large indoor space where you can eat, sleep, shower, and do laundry on site. The host responded quickly to any of our questions. We had to cut our stay short due to a health issue (unrelated to the property) and the host generously gave us a partial refund. Would recommend if you are looking for a place to rest and enjoy the outdoors.

Wonderful Cabin!!!

Was very nice and private!!! Didnt have to worry about kids being to loud. We were really ever there to eat two meals and sleep but it was very relaxing. Only downside was no master bedroom but there was enough places to sleep that we made it work!!!

Everything you need

Really enjoyed the secluded location of this property. The place was clean, had plenty of space, and comfortable beds. Perfect for a group looking to hang out.

Country Quiet

The property doesnt look like much but it is well done and comfortable and has everything I needed. The location overlooking a hayfield was ideal and very quiet. Was able to take an afternoon nape under the roof on the patio. Will probably stay here again when visiting local friends and family

Get Away From It All…

This property was not just as described but even better. The property is somewhat remote (which is part of its charm) and has large pastures and forestry all around it. Which again is so great to just sit on the hanging swings and enjoy. A buddy of mine from the military met up for the first time in 20 years here and it is exactly what we both needed. A chance to relax and chill out on a quiet environment. He has four kids and 2 grandkids and needed a get away. I needed a get away from work desperately. We both got exactly what we needed. The communication with the property owner was nothing short of outstanding which is sick a comfort and seldom happens. She made things very easy and was very informative when I asked questions. This alone would lead me to recommend this property. I highly encourage anyone, regardless of the reason they want to get away, to consider this property. The town which is about 10 minutes away is really neat and has some fast food, other cafes and grocery stores. A little black just a couple miles away called BBs was perfect for lunch - don’t let the exterior fool you. The food was great - hamburgers, chili dogs, BLTs! This is a place I will be returning to often now that I have found it. I travel extensively and this would be one of my highest rated locations I have stayed at. Thank you Julie for among this available and look forward to another stay soon. I hope others will give it a chance as well.

The accommodations were much better than expected! Can’t say enough about how perfect this place was. I wished we had remembered to write in the owners guest book before we locked the door behind us. The pics really don’t do it justice! Thank you for being such great hosts!
