You will feel at home in this beautifully updated condo on the bay that offers everything you need for your stay at the beach. Wi-Fi, ROKU TV's /streaming, towels, linens, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry detergent, paper towels, and toilet paper are all provided. Also, provided is a 2 in 1 coffee maker. K Pods are provided along with creamers and sugar/sweeteners. Coffee filters are provided just bring your favorite coffee. Full kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Just bring your groceries! Each room has been thoughtfully appointed and offers a welcoming touch from the hosts. We've even provided beach chairs and some sand toys for the kiddos so that you won't have to pack all that extra stuff in your car. Enjoy your spacious private balcony with gorgeous bay views. Just a short walk to the beach. Enjoy the beach in the morning and perhaps our beautiful bayfront pool in the afternoon. Whether you are looking for a relaxing place to vacation close to the beach and bay or searching for fun in Ocean City MD, this condo is centrally located and within walking distance to the beach, bay, shopping, etc. Coconuts beachfront bar and grill is right across Coastal Hwy and they offer waitress service in front of Coconuts offering both food and drinks. There are so many restaurants to choose from that are in walking distance, or perhaps you'd enjoy a game of miniature golf, or a day at the water parks in Jolly Rogers is nearby on 29th Street. There are many restaurants, shopping, activities, and OC nightlife close by. The world famous Seacrets bar and grill is within walking distance on 49th Street. Thunder Island is Conveniently located next to the Convention Center.

Nice Balcony

We had a great stay. Balcony was large, water views were wonderful! Nothing like being on the bay! Leslie was so sweet! Appreciated the linens and other amenities.

Conference Meeting

This condo was the best one I EVER stayed in. I was there for an American Legion Conference and the place was absolutely relaxing, super clean, fully stocked with necessities and a perfect view from balcony. I am definitely inquiring about it for my next convention.

Perfect home away from home

My sister and our daughters (4 and 17) were here for an event at the convention center. As advertised the condo is a short walk to the center as well as to the beach and food- Shotti’s, Real Raw and Coconuts to name a few. The ocean theme throughout is tasteful and calming. Furniture and bedding super comfortable. Leslie is always responsive and communicates stay details accurately and well. The condo is clean, updated has everything you need for your stay. The balcony has such comfortable chairs and a glider to enjoy the peaceful bay view. We highly recommend staying here and we will definitely be back.

Beautiful condo

This is a beautiful vacation rental. VERY clean, lovely view of the bay from the balcony, completely stocked kitchen and loved the sheets and towels that came as part of the package (and tp, Keurig coffee and shampoo!). We walked 10 min to the beach and even enjoyed the moody beach landscapes. Would have loved to try out the pool but ran out of time. Leslie was wonderful to work with, this condo is exactly how it is described. We would love to return, thank you Leslie!

My husband and I are local to the Ocean City MD area. We raised our kids here and now enjoy watching our grand children grow up at the beach. I (Leslie) am a Realtor for over 20 years in the area and my husband (Doug) is an OCPD Sgt. In the Summer when we aren't working we enjoy time on our boat with family and friends. I love hosting and sharing our beautiful beach home with others who appreciate relaxing on the balcony and the serene view of the water. Every detail of our home has been thoughtfully appointed and we hope you will feel at home in our property.

As a local Realtor in Ocean City, MD for over 20+ years I have favorite buildings in town. Thunder Island has been a favorite of mine for as long as I can remember. It's centrally located in town, next to the Convention Center. It's tucked on the bay in it's own little world. The community offers a pool overlooking the bay, a board walk style area to walk around the community, boating, fishing, and all buildings have elevators in them so no stairs. I also love how the balcony's are private so you aren't looking over at your neighbor, but sitting enjoying the sounds of the bay and the sea gulls. It's just a short walk across the street to the beach and "Coconuts" happens to be one of our favorite areas to hang out and lay on the beach. They offer "waitress" service right on the beach! I also love how it's close to downtown, close to "Seacrets", Jolly Rogers, and so many amazing places to shop and eat.

We want to make your with us is as stress free and as enjoyable as possible. We provide the linens for the beds and all beds are made when you arrive. We also provide towels and wash cloths for the bathrooms, shampoo, conditioner, body wash are also provided for your convenience. We have coffee, coffee filters, and an assortment of coffee pods and teas, and sweetners for your enjoyment. Paper towels, and toilet paper are also provided along with dish tabs, and laundry detergent tabs. We have provided 4 chairs in the outside closet on the balcony along with some beach toys for the little ones. I have put my coastal vibe in the decorations and hope that you feel as relaxed when you stay at our beautiful beach home.
