• The condominium does not allow visitors; only registered guests are permitted at all times.

• Please send guest access information as early as possible; any additional guests (within the 4-person limit) must be requested at least 24 business hours in advance to ensure a smooth check-in.

• During warmer seasons, some guests have noticed occasional odors coming from the drains, which is common in buildings in the area. We have implemented cleaning and ventilation measures to keep the space comfortable.

Guests must also complete any required forms or documentation. Failure or refusal to provide the requested information may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without any refund.

4. Please respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM. Failure to comply may result in penalties or termination of the reservation without refund.



5. No parties or gatherings of any kind are permitted. Violations may result in penalties or immediate termination of the reservation.



6. Pets are not allowed unless expressly stated in the reservation. Bringing unauthorized pets may result in cancellation without refund. For pet-friendly units, additional cleaning fees will apply.



7. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the premises or in common areas. Violations will result in fines.



8. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property and authorize charges to the card on file if necessary.



9. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise specified. Failure to comply may result in additional charges.
