This is a Monthly Rental, and home is available from June-September for $4,000 per-month. Don't need it for the full month, that is OK - still a better rate them most places by the week.

The off-season monthly rent rate is $2,500 per-month from October through May.

Come stay with Retreat Rentals, our Avenue B location is just outside of the Traverse City limits in East Bay Township. It is walking distance to Tom's East Bay Shopping Center that offers a Food Market along with a variety of retail stores and restaurants. You are minutes from NMC, downtown, Traverse City, Munson Hospital, and several public beaches (Clinch Park, Bryant Park, Sunset Park and Traverse State Park Beach).

The Bayline Traverse City Bus Routes has a Transit Stop that can take you to NMC, Downtown, Munson Hospital or to the Grand Traverse Mall. Also, there is a Tart trail less than 1/2 mile from the house that you can walk or ride your bikes east to Acme or head west to downtown Traverse City and continue to Sutton's Bay by taking the Leelanau Trail.

Avenue B offers a fully furnished private home with a 2-bedrooms; King and a Queen, both bedrooms have two nightstands, dressers, TVs and closets. There are 2 full bathrooms and a recently remodeled kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, gas stove and a dishwasher. "Working Remote?" - there is an office area in the basement that has a docking station for a laptop hook up to a monitor and a Bluetooth printer. The basement also has a love seat that pulls into a twin sleeper along with a tv, a bar with stools and a variety of bar supplies. The washer and dryer are also included in the basement bathroom.

The front deck has wrap around bench seating along with Bistro Set as well. Linens and towels are provided. Two beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler are also available if you can sneak away to one of our several beaches.

Amenities included are heat/electric, water and sewer, high-speed internet, Trash/Recycle Pick up (Tuesday). It will be tenants' responsibilities to get the trash (weekly) and Recycle (every other week) out to the end of the driveway - close to the side of the street - every Tuesday and return the bins back to their original place once they have been picked up. All TVs have streaming capabilities; therefore, cable is not provided. There is also an EV Level 2 Charger (rates vary).

Every Other Week Cleaning is included in the monthly rate. Cleaning includes, vacuuming and dusting all rooms, cleaning bathrooms and Kitchen. Cleaning can be done weekly, and other cleaning services may be provided upon request at your expense.

No smoking in or near the house and sorry no pets.
