A very cute and cozy property! Nicely furnished and decorated, and very clean. Conveniently located for tourism in the area. The lake is lovely, and we really enjoyed the sunsets in the evening.

Cozy cottage with modern amenities within 10 minutes away from Traverse City downtown. Groceries, restuarents, recreation, and attractions are closeby. There's a beach lake down the cottage and amazing views, fire pit, sun deck and gazebo. We stayed here for 4 nights with family chilling by the beach and enjoying the views. I found it was exactly the kind of vacation I hoped for.This is a hidden gem and totally worth booking. We'll definitely be back again.

Awesome spot!

The cottage was very clean and the beds comfortable. The beach and lake are very nice as well! We enjoyed swimming and using the fire pit! Close drive to everything in TC.

Quiet and peaceful

The home was very clean and tastefully remodeled. The location was in close proximity to Traverse City and restaurants. The area was very quiet and laid back and suited our needs perfectly.

Memorial day get away

Just as Described!

The home was cozy, had plenty of basics for the stay plus great information on the area as well as board games and the firepit. The sunset over the water was our favorite part!

Beautiful cabin perfect location

Beautiful little cabin, perfect for the 3 of us. Draw backs was the unexpected hot weather for May and no AC. Lake is beautiful and clear. Lots of parking.

Perfect Little Cottage on Silver Lake

First time visiting the Traverse City area and we picked the perfect cottage for our first mother/daughter trip. The cottage was clean, quiet, and comfortable, but still close enough to downtown Traverse City for shops and restaurants. We had everything we needed for our four night stay. The sandy beach area was exceptional and a great place to watch the sunset after a busy day exploring the area. Loved the cottage so much, I am already thinking about reserving it again for more adventures in Northern Michigan.

Wonderful Silver Lake Cottage

We have rented several different cottages/houses in Traverse City over the past three years and this one was the best. Meticulously clean and well-stocked with kitchenware. Beds were very comfortable and rooms spacious. Great views of Silver Lake and close to downtown TC and restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again. Very well done, Connie and Len! Beautiful area!

The hosts are great the second you book. They reply to questions/concerns almost immediately. The cottage was SUPER clean and very cute. The location is perfect. The beach was wonderful and my two young boys were living their best lives between the water, the sand, the playset, and the gazebo area where they would "Rest". I highly recommend this property!

Relaxation

Beautiful property, well stocked with supplies, the beds were very comfortable and very clean. The shower was lovely. The lake is a few steps away and wonderful to enjoy with cute little toads and fish and clear water. Easy access to Traverse City. Would highly recommend for a couple or a family. All the instructions were clear. We are very likely to use this property again. It was reasonably priced especially for the amenities and access after looking for at other places on vrbo nearby.

Beautiful Cottage

We stayed for first week in July. Cottage was beautiful and had everything we needed. Close to shops to get essentials. Close to Traverse City, Glen Arbor, sleeping bear dunes and even took a day trip to Mackinac Island. Kids loved the lake. It was very clean and shallow enough they could play and swim. They really enjoyed the slide in the lake. Lake was never busy and usually had it to our self. Cottage was cozy and comfortable. Kids enjoyed the hammock. We very much enjoyed our stay.

After experiencing vacationing at Silver Shores, we jumped at the chance to become owners when one went up for sale. And it just so happened to be the very cottage we would have wanted. We loved the lake, the beach, the cottage layout and everything about it. A dream come true. Our children have grown up at this cottage and we have so many great memories. Now, as our family is growing, we look forward to sharing these good times with our grandchildren.
