Welcome to your Uptown New Orleans retreat — a thoughtfully curated three-bedroom shotgun-style home designed for comfort, connection, and a true New Orleans experience.
From the moment you step inside, you’ll notice the attention to detail. Soaring 11-foot ceilings, accent walls, curated artwork, layered textures, and intentional design choices create a space that feels both elevated and inviting. This is not a basic rental — it’s a home that has been styled and furnished with care.
Whether you’re visiting for Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, a girls’ trip, a family gathering, a team retreat, or simply to explore the city, this home was designed to bring people together while still giving everyone space to unwind.
THE SPACE
The home features three beautifully appointed bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dedicated workspaces, laundry, a screened back porch, and a lush backyard.
Each bedroom includes:
• A Tuft & Needle mattress
• High-quality pillows and cozy bedding
• Dedicated desk and chair for remote work
• Closet storage and hangers
Whether you’re recovering from a long day of parades or logging into a quick meeting between adventures, you’ll have a comfortable, quiet space to rest or work.
The living room offers generous seating, a smart TV, and a Harman Kardon Aura Bluetooth speaker for music-filled evenings. The layout encourages conversation — perfect for pre-dinner cocktails, post-festival decompression, or relaxed mornings with coffee.
KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen and dining area were made for gathering. You’ll find:
• 4-burner stove with built-in griddle
• Dishwasher
• Filtered water
• Coffee station
• Cookware and serving pieces
• Dining table that seats 6
• Additional seating for 4 at the island
Whether you’re cooking a full meal or just assembling late-night snacks, everything you need is here.
BATHROOMS
