We have been traveling and using VRBO or Abnb for many years now. This house, property and pool could not have been nicer. My family really enjoyed all the amenities. The home was very clean and comfortable. The host was very accommodating and helpful..

Tonya, our host was great to work with and very responsive to every questions we had. We arrived in town over an hour before the actual check-in time, but Tonya met us at the house and allowed immediately access....very thankful after a several hours drive.The house was amazing for a family get together, easily capable of accommodating the 11 adults and one small dog.Everyone loved the pool and loungers and could have spent the entire week doing nothing else. Only note I would make is that 5 of the single beds are all located on the third floor of the house, accessible up a steep staircase, and may not be suitable for elderly or anyone not up for the climb.House has everything necessary to make your trip comfortable, we only needed to bring food. Leave your towels at home, you won't need them. Highly recommend.

Terrific hosts, terrific property, for a family who loves sharing the wealth of options.. grounds, amenities, pool and vicinity to locations , this is the place!!! We will definitely be back!!

Really amazing stay!

We really loved this property. The pool was beautiful and we spent every day out there. Loved the screened-in porch. Everything was really clean and wonderful. Tanya was incredibly helpful and responsive. We'd definitely stay here again if we travel back!

Beautiful home and property-balancing appreciation for the age of the home with modern updates! Gorgeous pool and ample room and nooks throughout the home and property. We had a wonderful stay and communication with the property manager was easy and they were very accommodating.

A Private Estate That Feels Like a European EscapeWe just returned from a special family week at the Robinson Estate in East Patchogue, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about this extraordinary home. Our happiest moments were spent gathered around the charming breakfast nook, drinking coffee and making pancakes, or relaxing at the Incredibly private pool. With all the lush surrounding greenery, we could easily have imagined ourselves in the South of France or Northern Italy.The nearby pool house was a dream—complete with its own washer and dryer, more towels than we could possibly need, and even a frozen-drink maker! The main kitchen was fully equipped with everything a chef could want, although we took advantage of the many delicious local restaurants and often brought dinner home to enjoy in the lovely formal dining room.Every bedroom was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. The beautiful primary suite has a king bed; the Jack and Jill setup includes two bedrooms, each with a queen bed and a shared bathroom; and upstairs, there is another room with two twin beds, plus a bunk room offering several additional sleeping options. Every bathroom was generously stocked with fresh towels.A helpful note for guests with mobility challenges: the stairs to the third floor and basement were a little steep. But our pup especially loved having so much fenced-in land to roam. The Robinson Estate was truly magical. We hope to return again and again.

Just right for our family reunion

Our extended family spent a week at the Robinson Estate and it accommodated all our needs. The house was beautifully decorated and charming. The kitchen was fully equipped. The basement provided hours of entertainment for the kids and the pool, pool house and koi pond were an added bonus. The property managers were friendly, professional, and quickly responded to our needs. We would stay at the Robinson Estate again.
