The Property has Three Living Room the First one upstairs has a 65 Inch 4kSony Smart Android OLED TV with Local TV &Streaming Channels. The Second Living Room is Located downstairs with a 75 Inch Sony Smart Android 4K HDR LED TV 120Hz for Gaming with Local & Streaming Channels near the Kitchen with access to the Backyard. The Third is the Main Living Room has an 85 Inch 4k HDR 3D Sony Smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime and Yahoo with Italian Leather Sofa Chaise. There is a Full Kitchen with basic Appliances, Dishware and Utensils plus all linens and towels are included. Private pool and Spa that can be set up for an Optional cost (Ask) to your temperature desires. The SPA (Jackuzzi) can have 8 People comfortably seated and the Pool is more a Jump pool than a Swimming pool since its size is not big enough and its depth is 5 to 7 Feet most of the time it is used to submerge your self inside the pool after been in the SPA which is heated at about 100F Or use without extra cost the HOA Community Heated Pool & Spa and Tennis Court just 2 Block away at No Additional Cost and SAVE SOME Money which has a heated pool and SPA at 104F and is open from 6 AM to 10 PM at night. Two Private Parking Space Outside in the driveway that can fit two large SUV. Parties are not accepted! READ DETAIL AGREEMENT. No Washer and Dryer is included for short stays less than a month.

Coronado Village Center is 7 minutes away with the Hotel Del Coronado, beautiful beaches, wonderful restaurants, and great shopping. Great for Strollers and walking with Your Kids and enjoying days of fun in the city.

Furnished: 3Bedrooms, 3 Full Bathrooms, 3 Living Room one with Convertible Full-Size Futton for 2 People, 2 Dining Room one of them for 8 People and Full Kitchen with Appliances around 2800sqft Home, Big Backyard with synthetic lawn. Renting as you see on Photos. (WHAT YOU SEE IS WHAT YOU WILL GET). This home is used regularly by the Owner, just renting for vacation so do not expect a 5 Star Hotel like property. READ AGREEMENT PDF It has the common wear and tear in sofas and wood hear and there. If you are concern, I will for sure send you detail photos of such things. Photos will be representative of the areas of use. Great place for Families, quiet community, No Parties Allowed on the property. HOA Rules and Regulations should be followed and agreement will need to be accepted in order to use the property.


Cancellation policy: If booked outside 90 Days of Arrival 50% must be received and terms accepted.100% refund if canceled at least 90 days before arrival date.
Payments: If booked outside 90 Days of Arrival. 100% Balance Payment due 90 Days before Arrival. If booked within 90 Days of Arrival 100% of Total Cost must be received and terms accepted.
Cleaning Once per Stay for $295.00 Mandatory one time. . Additional Charges will be added if Optional Private In-House Pool & SPA is required and quite will be provided on expected usage once you rent. which will be provided for daily usage or just a weekend at your desire temperature with no more than 104 F SPA . Optional Private In-House Pool & SPA hours are 6 AM to 10 PM at night. Deposit for Private In-House Pool Usage is needed to cover for extra usage above the standard. Please be aware that special addendum will need to be signed in the agreement due to the usage of the Private Pool & SPA. Additional Charges apply of 3% of payment using Credit Card, bank transfers are the preferred method of payment no additional charges will apply.
