About this space
This unique place has a style all its own. Stylish innovation within one of LA’s most historical neighborhoods at The Montebello South! Enjoy a beautiful new community of smart townhomes complete with all inclusive Live Green amenities and modern exteriors. The space
This home is located 13-15 minutes away from downtown LA. This property features two bedrooms and three bathrooms. New vinyl flooring and Solar powered panels. Minimum stay is 60 days or more 3,6,and 9 months lease available. This property comes unfurnished and is a mid term rental. Renter insurance are welcome.
First floor: is a two-car garage with direct access into the inside and a closet on the same floor.
Second floor: Open floor design next to a bathroom, with a large island in the kitchen opening to the dining area and living room, as well as large sliding doors leading to a balcony with outside furniture.
Third floor: A spacious master suite with double sinks. Tempered glass shower with a separate walk-in closet, the second bedroom also has a large walk-in closet and its own full bathroom. A laundry facility is in between both bedrooms.
Full disclosure property is located next to a train track, but we have triple pain windows to minimize noise.

EXTRAS/Guests that are undeclared in reservations will be an additional $45 per visitor. Again, the guest count must be accurate. Any additional guest must be added to the reservation beforehand if not, any additional guest will be counted as a party and will be charged.
SMOKING/ Is not permitted inside or outside the house or within 20 feet of the property. Violating will result in a $500 fine. No smokers in general
PETS/There will be a $110 fee per 2 animals, and it must be paid upon arrival.
Be advised 2 of the 6 sleepable occupants listed for this listing has to be the ages of 12 or younger as per Los Angeles occupancy law we can only sleep 2 person adults per room, and we can have up to 4 minors. If booking for more than 6 adults, please look into another property at our home that can sleep up to 6 adults and up to 4 minors.
CONCLUSION/ Only guests who booked can check in and must have a working phone number.
