If the idea is having everyone close together, you found your spot. Here we offer 2 homes one next door to each other. 2 units rented as one. Units are 551/561 in the same side of the street- You will have 2 pools/Spa- backyard space game rooms and movie rooms. Events are welcome, commute is easy and convenient and you couldn't be safer in this gated neighborhood. Enjoy family, friends and your time off in the best of Orlando, close to everything. All bedrooms have a Smart Tv with 20 bathrooms mostly ensuite, the room capacity is up to 34 people. Take a look at the detailed floor plans for each unit.

There is a fee of 40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum.

**BARBECUE GRILL/VACATION GEAR** We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)

**PET POLICY*** Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed $150 Pet fee for each animal Only legal service dogs are exempt, we need proper documents to waive the fee. Any damages caused by the pet or extra cleanings will be charged

**PARKING and ACCESS ** The guest will have the entire house for themselves. These houses have large driveways that fits up to 4 cars, and overflow parking about 200 feet down the road.

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay.
- Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.
