The unit is kitty-corner to the community pool and exercise room. Inside, is a bright and welcoming open-concept living space. Plush sofas provide a comfortable place to kick up your feet after a day enjoying the outdoors. The large flat screen TV's allow you to stream your favorite show or movie, while the dining area seats 8. The well-appointed kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the equipment required by the chef to create a delicious home-cooked meal. There is also a private grill located on the unit's balcony. The den has a queen sofa-bed and also provides a dedicated office space with internet that is ideal for those working remotely. A private, in unit, washer/dryer is available for use allowing you to pack light and do laundry during your stay. Finally, after a day of adventure, head out to the large shared pool to cool down or soak in the shared hot tub to relax your muscles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
