Our Family Home is your Family Vacation Home-lots of space for families with couples, children and varied vacation desires. 2 living rooms: 1 for great conversation & relaxation and 1 for TV, gaming, karaoke & fun!

Located in quiet cul-de-sac w/ large attached garage and extra parking, just a minute or 2 to Round Hill shopping center with Grocery Store , Coffee house, restaurants & more.

This is a perfect home for the whole family and families who love the lake, and all it has to offer. It is close to everything and has everything you need. The two living rooms make it a great place for quiet conversation and fun, including a karaoke machine with classic to Broadway song selections.

We are the process of updating our new Vacation Home, the fact that is is a bit outdated saves you money, but is is very comfortable for everyone. Being that it is our vacation home, there are very few personal items there, so it will feel like your home too.

Pets upon approval - Pet rent is $25 per night per pet.

Soiled Comforters: $50
Soiled Pillows: $10
Trash Removal: $100
Key/Lock replacement $100
Remote Replacement: $50 per remote
Pet hair removal: $50
BBQ Cleaning: $50 –100

Great Spot for our Group

The home was excellent - the beds and couches were comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our group to hang out, chat, and enjoy the place. It was a special treat to find a fridge with some milk for coffee, and the host was generous in letting us show up early. We’ll definitely come back when we make plans to swim across Tahoe next time!

Comfy mountain home, great location

My family & I spent Christmas here. The house is spacious, comfy, and equipped with everything you need! The location of the property is perfect. 10 mins away from South Lake Tahoe and extremely close to Heavenly Ski Resort. The neighborhood itself is quiet and charming with a shopping center located conveniently right down the street. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely consider coming back if we are in the area again!

Great stay for a large group

We would return if traveling back up to Tahoe. Large home with plenty of space and a full kitchen with supplies. Host was responsive and helpful. Plenty of parking (4 spots). Highly recommend

Best Property Ever! WONDERFUL FAMILY TIME!!

This is an absolutely beautiful property!! The waterfall in the backyard is to die for! It didnt matter to us at all yhat its not newly renovated...the 90s vibe made us feel like we were home! i recomend that amy family on a budget that wants a manificent experinece...def stay here!!

Amazing stay in Tahoe!

The house is a little older so it comes with it quirks, however it was an incredible vacation with and incredible location! The property belongs to what seems like a family and they are incredibly easy to communicate with. The location is next level in the summer. It has campgrounds, walking trails, beaches all within walking distance. There is a grocery store down the street,and a kitchen with anything you could possibly need. We are already wanting to come back! Thank you so much to the hosts!

Great for families with a few kids

This was a great place to stay with family. They even had a pack and play for infant sleeping and plenty of room in the master for it to fit. We really appreciated that the kitchen was well stocked with pots pans, spatulas, silverware and plates. Everything we needed to have a family dinner, with a nice big dinning table that fit everyone! (It could have easily fit 10 people!) I would definitely/ hope to book this home for vacation with my family again!

Not a place for family and friends gatherings

The communication with the property owner leading up to our stay was excellent. She even let us know there was a hole in the downstairs bathroom door and let us know of a bear box, in front of the home where we MUST store our trash. When we got there the check in was easy but we noticed the home was not kept up with. Home was clean but the walls had dirty scuffs on them, mainly in hallways and the stairway, many of the windows were missing screens and window coverings (I had to make sure to dress away from the bathroom in the master), and we were not able to lower the blinds in the second living room, they were stuck/broken. There were 6 adults and 1 child and only 4 bath towels in the entire home, none even stored in any of the closets. The waterfall in the backyard was the highlight of our stay as we BBQ'd both nights, including 4 friends, that were staying at a nearby property. We spent most of our time outside to enjoy the weather and waterfall. We noticed neighbors seemed to be keeping an eye on us, even walking over to the waterfall and looking down on us while socializing and bbqing. At first we thought they were being friendly but it seemed later on that they were watching us and made it feel unwelcoming. The bear box was completely full, we could not put any trash in it and when I reached out to the owner to inform her, no response. Had to take our trash with us. Overall unwelcoming stay, wont return.
