Welcome to Blue Waters, Unit 5A! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers all the amenities you need for a comfortable "home away from home" experience in Cedar Key. Step into a bright, inviting living space that immediately captivates with stunning open-water views. You'll find comfort in a fully stocked kitchen and cozy furnishings, with plenty of opportunities for relaxation and fun.

The complex boasts ample boat/trailer parking, a community pool and hot tub, private beach access, a BBQ area, and a private fishing dock. Bring your own kayaks and store them on the community kayak rack, allowing for direct launch from the complex. Old Fenimore Mill Condominiums are conveniently located within walking distance of the beach, playground and Cedar Key's vibrant downtown area. For a true local experience, consider renting a golf cart to explore the town.

The property was just as described, clean & everything you need. Beautiful view from the balcony. Easy access to the beach & pool, close to restaurants & shops. Definitely worth it & would visit again.

Fantastic location, clean, attractively decorated and with nice and thoughtful amenities. Our only suggestion would be to consider replacing the mattress on the pull-out couch - it was very thin and uncomfortable. Otherwise, excellent value and we would happily return!

The property was in walking distance to most restaurants/bars, shops the whole downtown area and waterfront shops. Our balcony had a beautiful view and right on the small private beach. We watched the dolphins play each day from our balcony. The host was very easy to contact.

This was our first-time visiting Cedar Key, FL. I loved how cute and quiet the town was! I am from Alabama and used to crowded beaches, loud music thumping in cars and a line of traffic and Cedar Key had none of those!! It was beautiful and the condo was super clean and spacious! Great View and convenient to everything!!

Condo has great view and nice furnishings. Not a crowded location. We have a 9 year old so we could watch her off the balcony when she was at the water. With my bad knee, I prefer the first level location for loading and unloading. We plan to make a return visit.
