Short driving distance to Walmart HQ. Our place is close to nightlife, Downtown Bentonville, & family activities. You’ll love our place because of the views, location, & outdoors space. Good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The culinary experience downtown is amazing. Come stay in our wonderful home.

The Space:
Our 3 bed 2 bath home has been fully remodeled and comes with many things to enjoy while staying with us. The house has USB outlets throughout, air purification system, bike bench in the garage, tankless hot water heater, propane grill, designated workspace, all-inclusive microwave with air fryer and convection oven, drip coffee maker and Keurig. The master has a king bed, bedroom 2 has 2 double beds, and bedroom 3 has a queen bed. There is also a queen air mattress available if needed.
There is 1 Nest camera at the top corner of the garage that records the front yard, driveway, and front door.

Guest Access:
You will be able to access the entire house and yard except 1 locked closet.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is close to downtown Bentonville and all NWA has to offer. We are 7.6 miles from the Walmart AMP, 2 miles to Crystal Bridges, 1.3 miles to Walmart Home Offices, 1.4 miles to Heroes Coffee, .9 miles to the Bentonville Square, 1.2 miles to The Hub, 2.1 miles to 8th St Market, and so much more.

Getting Around:
Walk, bike, Uber, drive.
