Welcome to Stay Frippin Salty-- a true hidden gem on Fripp Island!  Nestled among the palm trees, this newly renovated, elevated round house is perfectly positioned marshfront in the Fiddlers Ridge neighborhood. The house is quiet and private, but not secluded; just a short five minute walk to the Crabbing Dock. The floor to ceiling windows throughout the home allow for incredible views of the marsh and lush surroundings. Relax on the deck in one of the cushioned rockers or at the outdoor dining table and sip your favorite beverage as you soak up the sights, sounds, and smell of the coast. Turn the gas firepit on to warm up on cool fall nights! You never have to leave the house to enjoy the changing tides and the abundant island wildlife. Watch birds dive for fish in the canal, the raccoons peeking from behind the marsh grass, or the deer feeding in the backyard.  
Park your car and hop in the 4 seat golf cart that is provided. Stay Frippin Salty is about a 7 minute cart ride to the nearest beach access!
Stay Frippin Salty is pet friendly so bring your fur babies so they can enjoy vacation, too! There is a special place just for them inside the front door where there are extra bowls, food and treat storage, and towels for wet paws. Forget a leash or poo bags? Don't worry-we've got you covered!
Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen that is truly overstocked! The family chef will love being able to cook and entertain while also enjoying the marsh views. Serve delicious meals to your family and friends at the spacious bar that seats 4, or at the indoor dining table that also seats 4 people. There is dishware and utensils for 8 and plenty of cookware. A starter supply of coffee and sweetener is provided as well as various spices and seasonings.  If grilling is your specialty, there is a propane gas grill on the deck with all the tools and accessories you may need to cook the perfect burger, steak or fish. If you don't feel like cooking, there are many close restaurants for take-out or dine-in options.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating with a sofa, oversized chair and ottoman, and two accent chairs with an ottoman. Relax and enjoy the marsh view from the large windows or watch TV. High speed 5G Internet is provided so you can stream your favorite movie or show on the 55" flat screen smart TV. There is a pet sofa cover provided in the storage coffee table. 
After a long day on the beach or exploring the island, you'll get a great night's sleep in the primary bedroom on the king size bed. A 3" memory foam topper is also available if an extra plush bed is your preference. There is also a single day bed in this room that can comfortably accomodate an adult or child. This bedroom also has a remote controlled ceiling fan, dresser, and flat screen smart TV. An en suite bathroom has a tub/shower combo. All linens and towels are provided.  
The guest bedroom also has a king size bed, ceiling fan, and flat screen smart TV. The guest bathroom has a step in shower with grab bar. Linens and towels are provided. 
A washer and dryer are located on the main level; starter supply of laundry detergent and dryer sheets are available. 
Downstairs, under the deck, is a covered parking area with a hammock for the ultimate in relaxation. A storage room is located off the parking area where the beach toys, boogie boards, beach chairs, wagon, and new umbrella/tent are stored. Beach towels are also available. There is plenty of space in the storage area for your coolers and fishing rods.  Enjoy a second refrigerator in this area where you can store extra beverages or groceries to reduce trips to the store!!! A footwash station for sandy feet and paws is located on the outside landing.

If this property offers club cards for access to Fripp Island Resort amenities, a new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards. After booking this property, VRBO will charge their service fee separately and then the reservation will be transferred to FrippIslandStay where the property owner or manager will charge your credit card for the other items seen in the quote provided by VRBO. The refundable security deposit if applicable will be included in the final payment. You will also have the opportunity to purchase travel insurance and damage protection insurance on FrippIslandStay.

You will receive an email with log in information from FrippIslandStay right after booking. Please check your spam or promotions folders. Once logged in to FrippIslandStay, you will be able to order club cards if available and gate passes for access to the island.
