This property is minutes from HWY 75 with a 10-minute drive to the ARK Encounter. The Blue Stone 2 is centrally located between Lexington, KY, and Cincinnati, OH. Make yourself at home in our 1 bedroom, 1 full bath, fully stocked kitchen, laundry room, and dining area. This property also has an oversized livingroom area with a futon and a Murphy bed along with a gaming/fun table! Our Blue Stone #2 comfortably sleeps 4 as well as the extra space in the living room. This rental is the downstairs of a ranch house, with its own driveway and entrance. If additional guests will be with you please look at Blue Stone #1 as well (ID# 3396635)

Comfortable stay

Was a very clean and tidy property for a short stay for my daughter and me. My only note would be there was one bath towel and one hand towel for the two of us.

Great Place for Ark Encounter and Creation Museum Visits

Very much enjoyed staying here. Clean, comfortable place located close to Hwy 71/75 and quiet and private. Good location close to half-way between Ark Encounter and Creation Museum.

Great place & awesome host

The rental was newly renovated, clean, and conveniently located. I needed a place to stay while taking my wife and 2 daughters to the Ark Encounter. This rental did more than suffice and was a great price for my family's budget.

This is one of the best Air B&B places I have stayed at. It had everything we needed for our stay as well as super clean. The communication from the property manager and instructions were super easy! I would stay here again if we make it back this way and will also recommend to friends that are coming this way!

Perfect for our stay

There were only two of us but would rent it again either for us or us and our teenage son. Clean, comfortable, nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. Very spacious. It is the lower level so you can hear movement upstairs but nothing bothersome. Great location. Nice neighborhood. Adequate parking.

Great Place Highly Recommend!

I was really pleased with the location and the property. It was super clean and incredibly spacious. I was concerned that a lower-level property would feel cramped, but it was just the opposite. We had more than enough room and privacy. We visited both the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum, and this location was convenient to both. A variety of restaurants were available in nearby Florence. I can highly recommend it and will probably stay again.

Great accommodations

My wife and I very much enjoyed our stay at this home. We were traveling through and wanted to see the Ark experience and the Creation museum. Your place gave us all we needed to have a good nights sleep, and a great kitchen to prepare our meals. By the way. We loved the pillows you had on the bed. Would you be able to share where we could get some too?

Three day four night stay

The facility was clean and as described. One suggestion we have is that since there is only one bathroom, one or two mirrors would be a good addition. Perhaps one on the wall in the bedroom and possibly another on the wall near the futons. The accessibility to I-75 was a bonus. We were at a conference at the Ark Encounter and it was about a 15 minute drive. We would recommend this place.

Super clean basement property

This new and super clean property made a very pleasant stay for us. The kitchen was equipped with everything we could have needed and the overall decor was very tasteful. The neighborhood was quiet and very close to the interstate which made it easy to travel to The Ark Encounter, The Creation Museum, and attractions in Cincinnati. Note that this is although this is a super nice basement property, the upstairs rents out separately, so if you are sensitive to possible noisiness from other guests, this may not suit you. However, we weren’t bothered by the typical sounds of another family. We would certainly stay here again if we travel to this area!

Quiet and comfortable

Unfortunately, we were just passing through on our way from Alabama to Michigan due to a death in the family. We arrived late and left early. However, the unit was comfortable and quiet and exactly what we needed. Very convenient to the interstate and a Dollar General if you need to pick up a few things. The carpet was super soft and both my husband and I noticed this in our exhausted state upon arrival. Unit was clean and there were complimentary bottles of shampoo, conditioner and body wash along with a hair dryer so I didn't have to unpack all of our toiletries for the quick stopover. Host responded very quickly to questions. Would love to stay again under more cheerful and less rushed circumstances.
