Waterfront Home Located near Ark, Reds and Bengals. Newly Renovated.

New Listing and Newly Renovated. Come enjoy relaxing at our Waterfront Lake House Fishing FrenZee on Bullock Pen Lake. Great fishing and great location. The house is centrally located to enjoy all the activities in the area (see list below). The house is right on the lake with 2 fire pits, kayaks and cornhole and new gas grill. Also less than a mile to the Boat Ramp. All updated kitchen with dishwasher and gas stove. Master with Queen Bed and second bedroom with Bunkbed Full and twin on top and twin trundle. The basement has a large cozy couch with a large TV and a full size Golden Tee 98 and Bowling Game.

Clean, cozy, lakeside home with a beautiful view. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay while visiting both the Ark Encounter & Creation Museum. We enjoyed sitting by the lake watching fish jump & turtles swimming. Next time we’ll pack appropriate attire to use the kayaks.Dee was an amazing host and a great communicator. She was always quick to respond to inquiries before, during, & after our stay.

Very cozy, quiet and relaxing place to stay. This place has a beautiful view off the back deck and the owner provides everything needed to enjoy time on the water. From fishing gear to kayaks and life jackets. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others.Owner was very responsive and even left us a small tote bag as a gift. Overall we had the best time staying in this home.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME!!!!

If your looking for a weekend getaway on a beautiful lake.. BOOK THIS PLACE!!! Its perfect for families and my kids made life long memories!! Perfect sunsets on the water and they have plenty of fishing poles already! We will be back next year!!

Beautiful Lakehouse

This was one of our favorite stays! The house is very tidy and cozy. The host is absolutely amazing! The neighbors were friendly and everyone out on the lake. We will book here again but next time for longer! Thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful home. Also for letting us use the kayaks! Made our experience even better.

We absolutely loved the house and grounds. It looks like it’s been completely renovated recently. Good quality appliances and cooking equipment. Everything we forgot to take they had available at the house. My husband loved the fishing (the dock is on the property). The neighbor came by and introduced himself. He was very friendly and even took us out on his boat. We loved our time there and really hated to leave. Hoping to return some day.

Just a short end of summer getaway forte family. Great check in process. The owner was extremely helpful with suggestions on restaurants and activities. The house was extremely clean. Kitchen was nice - all cooking utensils were there. Grounds were well kept. Kayaks were great, with life jackets for everyone. TVs in every room. Fire pit was safe and in the perfect spot. We even made a new friend in the neighbors cat , Pearl, that came to visit everyday! Beautiful views of the lake!

Family spring break

We had a great stay. Beautiful place. So well done inside. All amenities provided. It Was a little bit tight quarters for the 6 of us. But we made the most of it spent lots of time outside and exploring the area.

Lake House perfect for a family with active kids!

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our trip to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum! The home was exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-kept, with everything we needed for a comfortable visit. The location was absolutely beautiful—right on a peaceful lake. Our whole family of 6, loved kayaking together and fishing off the pier, making some great memories. Best of all, it’s very close to the Ark Encounter, which made it super convenient. If you’re planning to visit the area, this is the perfect spot to stay!

Fun Visit

Very cute cottage & stay. Our group was one adult w/3 teens, and it was perfect for our needs while we visited Ark & Creation Museum for a conference - great location roughly halfway btwn both. On our down day, the kids loved the corn hole and kayaking! Living room fit our four comfortably for evening chats, large table gave us room for board games, deck was nice for me in the evenings. Property is as described and wonderful, thoughtful host!
