Sentarse, relajarse y escuchar el río de esta destacada de 3 dormitorios, 2. 5 baños de pueblo! Grandes vistas de los picos 8, 9 y 10 de esta unidad final amplio y luminoso. Es fácil caminar a la ciudad en la ruta de senderismo por el bosque, o coger el autobús gratuito. Un montón de espacio para todos sus juguetes con nuestra tándem garaje para 2 coches. El garaje también tiene armarios de almacenamiento extra para los equipos de esquí y snowboard.

sala de estar muy confortable con dos sofás y dos sillas. Espacio para todos para sentarse y ver una película en el televisor de pantalla plana de 50 '. La chimenea de gas mantiene a todos caliente y tostado!

Buen plan de piso abierto con una mesa de la cocina, comedor totalmente equipada con capacidad para 6 y 5 taburetes adicionales en la isla y un bar. Privada de tamaño completo lavadora y secadora en el piso inferior para su mayor comodidad.

El dormitorio principal tiene su propio balcón privado con vistas al río y tiene vistas espectaculares de las montañas! Cómodos colchones pillow-top reina! Contiguo baño principal con bañera de hidromasaje, ducha y tocador. Estaba en la cama y ver su programa favorito en su propio 26 "pantalla plana de televisión.

Dos habitaciones adicionales en el pasillo también tienen reina colchones pillow-top! Comparten su propio baño completo. Un dormitorio también tiene literas nuevas para los niños.

Listo para esquiar? Coge el autobús, a sólo una cuadra por la calle que le llevará directamente a la estación de esquí. En el estado de ánimo para ir de compras o comer en nuestros restaurantes? El mismo bus que puede caer allí también!

The host was welcoming and super communicative from start to finish. The home was clean, spacious, and stocked with all the basics, and the location couldn’t be better. It's close to Main Street with an easy 3-minute walk to the free bus stop, and a quick 10–15 minute ride to the slopes (no parking or locker stress). The photos honestly don’t do it justice. The dining area and kitchen have way more space than they look like online, and our group of 4 adults 4 kids with tons of luggage and groceries never felt cramped. Ending each day in the hot tub with a view of the slopes was the best part. The value here is incredible, location, comfort, communication, amenities, all above and beyond what you pay for.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The home was spacious with everything we needed. It was a very short distance to the free bus stop which was very convenient. We would definitely come back.

Great Stay in Breck

The location is really great. Very short walk to Main Street in Breck and very close to shuttle to get to ski lifts. The house had everything we needed. The hot tub fantastic and the deck had a great view of the slopes. Loved the location and our families had a great stay at this location.

Great place for families and for access to the slopes!

Our stay was conveniently located (short shuttle ride to Main Street and Beaver Run/Breckenridge runs)! We appreciated the amenities (hot tub, ease of using the garage/front area for ski gear, etc) and loved how kid-friendly it was with games/toys and enough chairs to seat everyone for meals. The bathrooms, bedrooms and carpeting are clean too! Highly recommend!

The location of this condo is prime. Easy to get to, plenty of space and priced well. The condo looks even better than the pics and the owners were very accommodating. We would recommend this condo to anyone.

Fantastic Getaway with Exceptional Host

This home was the perfect location for our long weekend ski trip. Proximity to the mountain was very convenient. The accommodations left nothing to be desired and the owner was extremely helpful; ensuring that we had the perfect trip. We will absolutely be coming back in the future!

Five Stars All The Way

This condo checked all the boxes for 3 families: close to the resort and town, garage for 2 big vehicles and gear, big stocked kitchen, large dining room table, clean private hot tub with great view, living room with fireplace, plenty of space with the 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, great hosts. We’ll definitely be back!

We were very pleased with our stay. The home was exactly as described and very reasonably priced, with all the utensils and essentials we needed. We specifically chose this place for the comfortable extra living room seating, which can be hard to find in rentals, and this place had including we really appreciated having the two reclining chairs. The beds were comfortable, extra blankets to cozy up with the fireplace going, and the host was very easy to communicate with.The bus stop was just a short walk up a little incline-a block away. The stop is great location and not far drive to be dropped off by lifts. The hosts provides a nice map with the stop minutes on the hour. Very nice having a place close to a stop to use and save money on parking fees. Breckenridge area overall is fantastic with the free shuttles and events—we especially enjoyed the International Ice Sculpting.We had no issues at all, host was amazingly kind and helpful, and would absolutely stay here again the next time we’re in Breckenridge.

Amazing Stay, Amazing Host, Amazing Location

Stacy was an amazing host who communicated everything clearly and efficiently. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you need. The views are stunning and there is nothing better than sitting in the hot tub as the sun sets behind the mountains and watching the stars come out. Walking distance to the Breck Brown Line Bus makes getting to the mountain painless. 10/10 would recommend a stay here!

Great Condo!

The condo was as advertised. Plenty of room, well appointed, and clean. We enjoyed not being in the middle of town but only a short shuttle ride to get there. The hot tub was an added bonus after a long day of skiing.

Great stay for a ski trip

Our group of friends loved our stay in this apartment. It is way more spacious than what you see on the pictures. The free bus to Breck resort is a quick and easy ride with your gear, and you can easily walk into town to grab a bite at night. The hot tub with mountain views is a great plus after a long day of skiing. Highly recommended.

A great option

Our group enjoyed the large kitchen/family room spaces, available laundry facilities, and the wonderful hot tub. The house was clean and everything was functioning as expected. We found the beds and bedding to be extremely uncomfortable (soft/sunken beds and rough pillow covers) and we hope the owners will consider making upgrades.

Absolutely perfect

This was honestly the nicest VRBO we’ve stayed in. Plenty of space, very well appointed kitchen, quality linens and very comfortable beds. Lots of extras available in case you forgot something or couldn’t make it to the store right away. Wold not hesitate to recommend this listing to family groups with kids and teens.

Amazing location and property

We absolutely loved the property and location to Breckenridge. It’s located on the edge of town on a private road with little traffic, and we were able to walk to town instead of paying to park We could hear the river located across the street which was very relaxing . We enjoyed the hot tub every night. Overall the hosts amazing and we would love to stay here again. We’ve stayed in Breckenridge many times over the past several years and this was our favorite place and location so far! Thank you Stacy!!

I liked everything about this townhouse. Great location, comfortable beds, nice view, lots of space for a family. What a wonderful escape from the summer heat. I spent a lot of time on the deck enjoying the view of the mountains. You're not too far from anything -- hiking, biking, rafting. A three minute drive to downtown. When I had a minor problem with the television, Stacy was instantly accessible and we got it taken care of. I intend to go back to Breckenridge and would love to stay here again.

breckinridge townhome

This townhome was everything as advertised and more, the view of the slopes from the hot tub at night was beautiful ( you could see the lights of the snow cats grooming the slopes) and this townhome has lots of room to enjoy cooking, playing games,watching tv while lounging on the comfortable couches and recliners. Very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Nice having a garage thats holds two cars and did I mention the excellent HOT TUB....fun at night with the snow falling and also during clear starlit skies. Very nice and helpful owners made us feel at home, we will definently stay here again and will recomend this place to all our friends! Thanks Stacy and family we had a great time and made some good memories.

Stacey was an exceptional host. She allowed us early check in and late check out as the condo had availability to allow this at the time we rented. This was fabulous! The townhome is in a wonderful location, 3 min walk to shuttle which comes promptly every 11 minutes. Her townhome was exceptionally clean, well stocked, she goes above and beyond. There’s even a frozen margarita maker and several coffee makers. The kitchen has everything you need. The beds were comfy & clean. The bathrooms were clean and well stocked. There’s a two car garage, laundry, lots of seating for a large group, but my favorite parts were the views sitting from the very clean hot tub on her deck! Thank you, Stacey!

After one ski season of commuting, we knew we wanted to purchase a vacation home in Breck. After searching high and low, we were thrilled to find this townhome. We love that it's a newer property, on the shuttle route, short walk to town, yet secluded on it's own cul-de-sac. The open floor plan on the main level brings the whole family together whether cooking, playing cards, working a puzzle, or watching a football game.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We love the great mountain views and the river and beaver pond across the street. Our first night in the townhome was enjoyed by sitting in the hot tub under a full moon and listening to the babbling river while we slept. Heavenly!
