Escape to a stunning single family mountain view cabin ensuring the perfect relaxing getaway for all groups. This property offers the cabin and woods feel, all while being minutes away from the town of Breckenridge to enjoy all it has to offer. The newly remodeled 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin offers a hot tub after a long day on the mountain, wood burning and gas fireplaces for that mountain feel, three separate living spaces including a game room offering dual 65” TVs, shuffleboard, bubble hockey, and a Wii, two car garage to keep those vehicles snow free, full size washer and dryers, YouTube TV, Netflix, relaxing outdoor furniture, fully stocked kitchen, and card/board games.

Our cabin is in a centralized and ideal location for ample recreation opportunities for all seasons. Only 0.5 miles away is the Blue River Bikeway connecting you to all Breckenridge or Frisco has to offer. Once you connect to the Blue River Bikeway, take a short ride to the best local brewery known as Broken Compass.

Only 1.8 miles away, Breckenridge has three championship nines for any golfer: the BEAR the BEAVER and the ELK. All three nines are Jack Nicklaus Signature courses. Playing at 9300+ feet in elevation, each nine offers a mountain golf experience. Panoramic views of the snowcapped Colorado Rockies can be seen on every hole. With the fantastic views and wildlife you realize a round at Breckenridge is more than just golf!

Only 3.8 miles away is Main Street Breckenridge known for it’s incredible shopping and dining scene but it also serves as the central hub of everything Breckenridge with fun events, festivals, music, an abundance of activities for all ages and interests happening all year long.

This was our first stay at this property and it was a great property and experience overall! We’ve stayed at many places in Breckenridge in the past 30 years and this home is now at the top of our list. We used all the amenities (we were in the house more than expected due to poor snow conditions). The views are amazing, the deck (with a gas fireplace and heater above one of the seating areas) was perfect, and the game room is a game-changer for a group of adults. The large hot tub is also awesome. The host was the best we’ve ever had in many stays all over the country. Great communication, very responsive, and flexible with our requests. We’ll definitely try to make this a regular home away from home future trips.

We had a wonderful stay! The cabin was spotless, easy to access, and perfectly located. The hot tub, game room, balcony, and fire pit with stunning mountain views added so much to the experience. The owner was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We would highly recommend this cabin!

Our group had a great time staying at the Mountain View cabin. The location was fantastic and the cabin provided plenty of space and comfort. The separate game room, and covered patio and porch increased the usable living area and offered a variety of eating and relaxing options. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and other necessities, and the views from the patio and porch were great.

Great getaway. Great home.

Wonderful home to spread out in or gather around the kitchen table, or on the deck overlooking the mountains or in the game room or the hot tub. Clean and everything you need to cook up a meal at home. A quick drive to downtown and all the fun you can fit into a vacation. We were a bunch of grownups but a great spot for families with kids too.

This is a great place to stay! Very well stocked, comfortable, clean, and has amazing views! We would stay here again The owners initiated contact on the day we arrived to make sure everything was as expected. They were very responsive to simple questions and made the check in and check out process very easy. We highly recommend this great house for a family or just adult friends like we had.

Amazing Colorado Trip

Words can’t describe the beauty of Breckenridge and this home was beyond our expectations. Awesome Again!

Our family of 5 very much enjoyed this house once again. We have stayed in many places around Breckenridge but we feel this house and it's location are the most comfortable for our stay. We love the town of Breckenridge but as everyone knows, it gets congested. The location is perfect for letting you decide whether you want to go into town or divert to Frisco for easy access to restaurants and grocers.Thank you! We'll be back (again) !

Great place as advertised!

We enjoyed the hot tub and view! About 15 in drive to Keystone and Breck. The game room was a nice addition for after a day of snowboarding. Kitchen was well furnished. We didn't use the fireplace (in door our outdoor) because it was so toasty already in the house. Beds were comfy too. Washer and dryer were super fancy too. Would rent again too!

Excellent Stay

Our stay was about as perfect as it could get. The cabin was clean and comfortable. It's located in a great spot and also has one of the easiest driveways to maneuver. It's one of those things you don't think about until you see what others have to navigate on snowy or icy days! The owner was very easy to contact and very helpful. We would definitely stay at this home again...and plan to!

Family Vacation

We had an excellent stay. The owners messaged us a link to a website containing all the necessary information about the property and check in well ahead of our stay. The cabin was clean and easy to get to. The location was great. We were close enough to town to be able to get food or go to shops quickly, but we never even saw the neighbors while outside. The kids loved the game room area under the garage. We would definitely stay here again.

A Place of Peace for the Perfect Winter Getaway

This home exceeded all of our expectations for a winter vacation. While the photos might suggest it’s tucked away in the wilderness, it’s actually super convenient and easy to access right off the road. We were surprised at how close it was to everything – just a short drive to Keystone, Breckenridge, and all the major ski areas.One of the standout features was the separate game room for the kids. It gave them plenty of space to unwind after a day on the slopes, while the adults could relax in the main area without the noise. The heaters on the back porch were a lovely touch, perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the snow – we spent many evenings out there, wrapped in blankets, sipping hot cocoa.The home was incredibly clean and well-maintained, with clear, detailed instructions for everything. Honestly, it was the best set of instructions I’ve ever seen in a rental home (and I’ve stayed in a lot of them over the last 25 years). Communication with the owner was also exceptional – they were very responsive and helpful throughout the entire stay.We had everything we needed to be comfortable, including extra space heaters, which came in handy during a particularly chilly night. It was great having a basement room to give everyone some extra space, too.Overall, this home was the perfect combination of convenience, comfort, and charm. We highly recommend it and can’t wait to return next winter!

Family Ski New Year Trip

My Family & I enjoyed our time in this BEAUTIFUL home, it was easy to find, parking was more than enough room. The home was well stocked with everything needed for the stay. The neighborhood was quiet. The gorgeous view we had on the balcony. We all loved the game room also that was a plus. Beds were comfy. The snow we got while staying the we was amazing, the owners were on top of it had some workers come and shovel the driveway & walkway. The owners were exceptionally easy and wonderful to work with. We will surely book again! Thank you Happy New Year 2025 .
