Sleeping arrangements
This home accommodates 16+ guests with 5 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 4 baths. In the main house, three bedrooms each include a king-sized bed, and the bunk room features two sets of bunk beds for 4 twin beds. The attached 1-bedroom apartment offers its own private sleeping area, ensuring comfort and privacy for larger groups. Each room provides closets or clothing storage, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening shades, and nightstands with reading lamps.

Outdoor living
Step into a huge backyard framed by Sedona’s red rock vistas. Relax in one of the 2 hot tubs or gather around the fire pit as the evening cools. Enjoy outdoor dining for 12 beneath open skies, or sit on the patio for breakfast in the morning sun. A BBQ grill and outdoor furniture make this space ideal for meals and conversations that linger into the night.

Kitchen & dining
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for group cooking and shared meals. Prepare dishes with the refrigerator, microwave, stove, stainless steel oven, dishwasher, and cooking basics. Serve dinner at the indoor dining table for 10, gather at the kitchen island for 4, or use the apartment’s bar seating for 2. There’s also an outdoor dining table for fresh-air meals.

Living & entertainment
Inside, the main living area features a large sectional and a second sofa facing a 50` LED 4k Smart TV. Board games, Wifi, and Ethernet connection provide both relaxation and connectivity, whether you’re winding down or catching up on remote work.

Essentials & comforts
The home is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and ceiling fans. A washer, dryer, ironing supplies, and drying rack ensure convenience during longer stays. Essentials such as towels, bed sheets, soap, and toilet paper are included, along with safety features like smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and a first aid kit.

Attached apartment
The connected apartment offers additional privacy with its own entrance, kitchen, living room, bathroom, and hot tub, allowing guests to stay close while enjoying their own space.

Access & neighborhood
You’ll have private entry to a single level home with no stairs and free parking on the premises. Self check-in is available via keypad. Located just a 10-minute walk from Uptown Sedona’s restaurants, shops, and trails, the home sits in a quiet neighborhood with a city ordinance requiring no outdoor noise or lights after 9 pm.

Listing Access
You’ll have access to the whole property (main house and casita), with the exception of the OZ (two bedroom unit on back of property) on the other side of the fence.

This home is in the heart of uptown 10 minutes walk to the best restaurants on the Sedona strip! This is a very quiet neighborhood! No noise or lights after 9pm outdoors per Sedona city ordinance.
