**Please use pool, home, and hot tub at own risk**

Safety is priority around the pool. Please keep the cover on when not in use and be mindful of children near the pool. Children must wear swim diaper at all times if not potty trained


Pool Heating:
$50/night all year round.
-For your convenience, please let us know the day before your stay if you would like the pool heated to ensure it’s warm when you arrive.
-Pool takes several hours to heat up
-If you remove the pool vacuum please remove the whole thing and disconnect it from the wall and place it gently near the pool pump
-Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
