Centrally located within a 5 minute drive to the Midtown shops and restaurants, Riverstone shops and restaurants or Downtown Coeur d' Alene. Easy freeway/highway access to Spokane, Sandpoint, or Silverwood Theme Park. Plenty of room to BBQ and play outside or play inside in our game room featuring shuffleboard, skeeball and a dartboard.

House was conveniently located near a park and the Centennial Trail. Beds were comfortable and we loved the fenced backyard for kids and dogs. We will definitely rent again and recommend to friends.

Clean, calm getaway

Tucked in a residential neighborhood, this home was clean and comfortable, nice and cool for a couple of hot summer days visiting family. Good communication with the host, easy check-in.

Bicycle get away

Great place to stay with easy access to Centennial trail and short drives to Trail of the CDA and Hiawatha. We have done this trip five years in a row now and this was our favorite place. Neighbor dog barked a ton when we were outside which was annoying but everything else was perfect.

Womderful home!

We had an 8 month old through 38 year old. This home was great for all. The only suggestion would be to fix the bunk bed as the railing is broke and could be a safety issue. Beyond that, the property was great.

Stop over from Montana

We were helping our daughter move after graduating college. This was a nice stop over, close to 95 and lots of restaurants. Very clean, comfortable beds. Husband really liked the shower which are often just okay in rentals. It was good size, large shower head , great flow. Lots of games inside and out. Loved the keyless entry. Neighbor dogs were noisy after 700 pm, maybe left outside because it was a warm night. The next rainy night was better. Very friendly neighbor across street with a big Howdy sign. Interesting cat cage/palace next to their house. Quiet traffic street a couple blocks from commercial area. Close drive to parks. There is dog park near Riverstone park on the Spokane River

Awesome house

We had a great visit in Coeur D Lene, the house was perfect. Especially since it was raining a lot the games came in useful. We were very comfortable, the play and pack was great for the great grandson. Loved the fireplace and the ambiance. Hosts were great, if we come back will definitely call them.

From Oregon we traveled, through mountains and snow,To Coeur d’Alene’s charm, where warm memories grow.Three generations, a baby in tow,To visit our aunt—it had been years, you know.The house was a haven, with comfort galore,Soft beds, cozy linens, and space to explore.Our pup had a yard, with scoopers supplied,And a fireplace that kept us warm and wide-eyed.The game room was fun, the bathrooms pristine,Instructions were simple, the vibe: super clean.The kitchen was stocked, with room to prepare—Though the BBQ fizzled, we cooked steaks with care.Nearby were the parks, the lake just a breeze,Groceries at Pilgrim’s? A culinary tease.We came with our food, saved money with grace,And found in this home a most welcoming space.So thank you, dear hosts, your place was a dream,Our family now holds it in highest esteem.Five stars without question, we’d love to return,For more fireside laughter and memories to burn.

Clean and comfortable

We were in town for a short weekend stay. We were greeted with music playing from the tv when we arrived which quickly removed the stress of a long car ride. The house was very clean and comfortable. We had fun playing in the game room and enjoyed a nice family dinner around the table. Beds were comfortable and everyone got their own room. I wish we were able to stay longer and enjoy more time in the house. Communication with the owner was responsive and helpful.

Hosts were great! Communication great!House was exactly as shown and described. Beds are very comfortable with good mattresses and down comforters. Good location, close to everything. Very clean! Could not have been better. Highly recommend!Thank you for having us!!

Great place to stay with dogs and kids

The game room was a huge hit for all ages - and used quite a bit - since it rained while we were there. (Where was the snow we had hoped for?). We were there for Christmas, and the lit, decorated tree was such a nice touch for us. The only reason we didn't give this a 5 star rating is the cookware. If you are making meals - just bring your own fry pan, cookie sheet, etc... Otherwise, this fit the 7 of us nicely. Walking distance to trails and a school playground was wonderful.

Large home very comfortable

We had a large party of 8 staying at the house and there was plenty of room-we never felt crowded. All the rooms were set up nicely and the beds were comfortable. The backyard was the perfect size for our pooch.

We were 6 women cyclists from Oregon who came to ride the trails. We were extremely comfortable. No complaints. Loved the space and the neighborhood!

Fantastic Place to Stay

I was incredibly satisfied with our stay at this property as it was very clean, and the beds were comfortable. The owners also provided some toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags, so we didn't need to purchase them unless we ran out. Other properties I've stayed at only gave enough supplies for one night, and then you had to go out and purchase everything. It made our trip relaxing and more enjoyable. The house was truly the best combination of having lots of space and being taken care of as if we were in a hotel. Our hosts were great at communicating, and helpful with any requests that we had. I'll definitely book this beautiful property again!
