Cozy & Spacious home next to Gorgeous City Park - Outdoor Dining, Hot Tub & Gym!

Beautiful historic home 10 minutes south of downtown Providence. The comfortable living and dining rooms are perfect for hanging out with each other. The wood-burning fireplace is available to renters during the colder months. Three large bedrooms have luxurious bedding and TVs with cable access, with lots of storage for clothes and bags. The fully-stocked kitchen leads to a back porch with a table and chairs and swing seating. Dine outside under the string lights and green trees. Guests can use the Hot Tub, Gas Grill, and Firepit out back, or step into the park for a walk along the water. The basement holds private laundry machines and a well-equipped home gym. There are restaurants and shopping nearby, and guests can use beach and picnic supplies, to make sure any outings are simple to enjoy! Roger Williams Park holds a zoo, carousel, and Botanical Center. Plan to eat out on Friday nights at the Food Truck Festival just steps away through the park. This rental is the 1st floor unit of a multi-damily home. There is separate entry for all the units. Hosts live on-site.

The apartment was even nicer than we expected - very well furnished and with beautiful architectural details. It was spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and there were so many thoughtful extras included that I can't even list them all. It is clear that a lot of thought went into anticipating what visitors might possibly need - everything from puzzles and games, to umbrellas, even some snacks. (Also, the host was very responsive when I had questions prior to booking.) A great experience all around!

The place is just as charming as the pictures. Clean, electric.. and love he heated floors and the a/c! Everything was ready and prompt and clean.

Beautiful Historic House near City Park

The house was really nice. A lot of character. We enjoyed the hot tub and how close we were to Roger Williams park. We wished we would have booked a longer stay because we were having such a great time.

What a fabulous stay! The owners were very responsive and have thought of every detail to provide a comfortable stay. As described, the home is cozy yet spacious and very clean. Location next to R.W. Park was ideal. We wished we had more time to explore. We would love to return to this fabulous home!

Great home for a family of 4

We enjoyed our stay for a family of 4. It was a roomy home and plenty of space to spread out. I would stay here again. That being said, the listing reads like it is a single family home with the entire home to yourself. You would have to read the reviews to know it’s owner occupied which is fine but I appreciate when it’s clearly mentioned in the description. I would also like a photos of the whole house not just the interior because you would then see it’s a multi-family unit. Things I liked, lots of comfy blankets and sitting area, great outdoor space, modernized kitchen and a lot of character.

Really lovely and comfortable

Beautiful craftsman style home appointed mid century modern. Beds are like being hugged. Beautiful everything. Great kitchen well stocked.so clean. Great location. Easy walk to the park. Hosts are lovely. I like when properties are owner occupied. Tells me location likely safe. If we visit again will book again.

We absolutely loved this place. Beds super comfy. Well stocked with anything you would need! Super friendly and accommodating host. Parents live on 2nd floor so we were fearful of being too loud but they said we were fine. For 6 loudmouth woman that's saying a lot :) I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone checking out the Providence area. Super close to airport as well!

Wonderful stay

10 out of 10 for this wonderful home! Beautifully decorated with modern decor, while keeping the character of the home. Location near Roger Williams park is perfect. Exceptionally clean and stocked with so many thoughtful amenities. We loved the outdoor dining, grill and hot tub. Host was very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Best short term rental I ever!

Fantastic location, charming house, amazing and attentive hostess and the best equipped home I ever rented. With this I don’t mean just kitchen with it’s pots and pans. There are napkins, lunch bags, foil, best organic Vermont coffee, French press, drip coffee maker and regular maker, all with the proper filters…variety of teas, some basic snacks as a sweet welcome surprise. We planned a cape cod beach day trip but I was worried about all the stuff that one needs at the beach (with kids) and sure enough, everything you can think of was available at the house. Umbrella, there, beach blankets, there, first aid kid, there. Forgot some sunscreen or bug spray?No problem, Rachel got you covered. I even found a pair of goggles that fit my 7yo just right. My husband and I really enjoyed our morning runs in the park and I absolutely loved the fact that I could keep working out in the basement gym. An unique feature for a short term rental! I could go on and on but to sum it all up: fantastic experience all around! Thank you, Rachel!

Loved it!

With the 12 inch baseboards and thousands of one inch hexagons covering the bathrooms, not to mention the built in spice cabinet in the kitchen, staying here makes you realize they don’t build homes the way they used to. It is very comfortable, clean, well decorated with a tasteful combination of retro and very modern furnishings and appliances. The host was very thoughtful in leaving a nice selection of books, kitchen amenities and games for kids of all ages. We thoroughly enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. You are steps away from a giant park that includes a zoo, swan boats, a planetarium, and a natural history museum. Make sure to bring snacks as there are no coffee shops near by. To all the Moms out there, you will not regret booking here. It truly is cozy and spacious.

A wonderful stay

Our recent stay at this property was a great experience. The host's thoughtfulness in providing dog essentials added an extra layer of enjoyment to our stay. The stunning interior, tasteful decor, and attention to detail created an atmosphere of luxury and comfort.The amenities were top-notch, ensuring our comfort and convenience. The proximity to the lovely park meant that our dogs got to enjoy the trip just as much as us. The host's outstanding communication and attentiveness throughout our stay further enhanced the experience. I highly recommend this property for a truly memorable getaway.

The home is located at the end of a quiet, dead-end street but the approach is through a dense urban neighborhood. The neighborhood is diverse and full of wonderful families. We all love to use the park as our backyard!

My property has been lovingly restored and still has many of the original architectural features. The proximity to all the activities at the park is really special! You can walk to restaurants in charming Historic Pawtuxet Village in about 30 min, or it's a quick 10 min by car.
