Welcome to downtown Stevensville!
This historic 2,000 sqft home will surely impress with its undeniable charm, character, comfort & convenient location in the heart of the downtown Stevensville.
Take note of the historic original accents, built-in's, vaulted ceilings, and its deceivingly large living spaces. This was my childhood home, so we meticulously renovated every square inch with utmost care and passion. My wife and I wanted this to be a place of comfort and refuge for others to make as many wonderful memories in this quaint but unbelievably spirited town.
Ample entertaining space both up and downstairs and fully furnished with a bold and unique flare of midcentury modern and bohemian chic.
High-speed WiFi with ALL streaming platforms. Full laundry & kitchen with everything you need to feed an army. A massive 4 person arcade was added that has 100's of games spanning from every gaming system made until 2005.
Dry bar upstairs with mini fridge, surround sound with aux cord, gaming table with poker chips/cards, and an antique mirrored vanity ideal for getting ready for that big event. Very child friendly with safety gates, Pack'N'Play, and outlet covers available.
Smart thermostat ensures ease and simplicity for ice cold AC or heat (modern triple/double paned windows for efficiency and noise cancellation).
Rest easy with brand new memory foam mattresses with lush bedding and linen in every room and excess blankets/pillows for extra guests.
Renovated bathroom has full tub, built-in cabinets holding plush towels and all the accoutrements you need to have your own spa day. Even has a Bluetooth speaker built into bathroom to jam out while getting ready.
State of the art security system complete with keypad code for easy 24hr access.
Picnic, lounge, or entertain in the large backyard that has parking for 6 cars on cement pad or back portion of property. Sip coffee on the porch swing or catch up around the fire pit. Relax after a long day at the beach/winery.
Walk across the street to Watermark Brewing, Red Coach Donuts, Full Circle Cafe, or the new and gorgeous Solarium wedding venue.
