Welcome to Bluebird Cottage a cozy, family-friendly retreat in the heart of Southwest Michigan.
Prime Location:
• Just minutes from Meijer, Starbucks, "Bit of Swiss" Bakery, and Tosi’s Restaurant.
• Easy access to local hotspots and conveniences.
• Close to Glenlord Beach Park with stunning Lake Michigan views.
• Nearby attractions: Grand Mere State Park, Weko Beach, Silver Beach, and Warren Dunes State Park.
Charming Boho-Themed Cottage:
• Designed for relaxation, serenity, and style.
• Ideal for romantic getaways, family vacations, or friend reunions.
Comfortable Bedrooms:
• Primary bedroom: King-sized memory foam bed with luxurious linens.
• Second bedroom: Queen-sized bed, cozy workspace for productivity.
• Living Room: sofa bed, 55" Smart TV
• Extra blankets and pillows for maximum comfort.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
Relaxing Outdoor Oasis:
• Secluded backyard surrounded by woods.
• 5-person hot tub and fire pit for starlit relaxation.
House Rules:
• No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the house. Violations will incur a $750 fine plus additional cleaning costs.
• Kindly remove your footwear upon entering.
• Quiet Hours: Please keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 7 AM.
• The property uses a septic system, please do not flush non-flushable items down the toilet.
• Garage: The garage is the owner's property and is off-limits to guests. Please do not enter.
• Basement: The locked cabinets and basement room are the owner’s property and off-limits to guests. Please do not enter.
• Pets: No pets of any kind are allowed.
• Cameras: For security and peace of mind, we have a camera monitoring the driveway. Please do not tamper with or block the camera.
• Please do not take indoor items like, throw blankets, pillows, decor, furniture, bath towels outside the house.
In Case of Emergency:
• Fire Extinguisher & Blanket: Located under the kitchen sink.
• First-Aid Kit: Located in the kitchen cabinet to the right of the fridge.
• Emergency Contacts: Dial 911 for emergencies.
• For urgent house-related issues, please contact us directly.
