We travelled from the UK to visit family in Little River, there were 2 adults and three teens plus my elderly father. First impressions of the property would good but we had a few issues during our stay that meant we would not recommend this prioperty, Although it was fine for what we needed.The property was not as clean as I would have expected and the pool looked dirty, meaning we did not use it. The bathroom were very small and both bathrooms had a big step up into a bath to enter the shower which meant it was very difficult for my elderly father to use. There are 2 bathrooms which are shared between the bedrooms, joining them together. There were a few mismatched mugs but only 6 and one was chipped. We also had cockroaches in the bedrooms and kitchen, aswell as on the driveway outside. The main concern for us was the keypad entry, when returning one evening the door seemed to have been locked from the inside and so we could not enter. We had to make numerous calls to try and get the key safe number to access to keys so that we could unlock the door, it was very stressful and the nearly had to book a hotel as it was late and we couldn’t enter the property.All being said, the property was okay, it is a very good location not far from the beach and there was a cart with some beach equipment that could be used which we found useful. Good to have the washer and dryer too.I would not stay there again but it provided a good base for our stay.
