Perfect spot if your kid plays at IMG

Enjoyed the location. 20 mins to the beach and 2mins from IMG. Loved the starter kit of dish soap, laundry soap, and dishwasher detergent!Space is plentiful.

This stay was during our spring break and it was perfect for us. Very quiet and peaceful place, close to many beautiful beaches and good restaurants. This was our second time in this condominium complex.

Nice 2 BR condo in Bradenton Florida

We enjoyed our stay in Bradenton. The condo is a good size for a couple and a couple of guests. Host communications were excellent.

Great stay!

This property is well mantained, with nice and modern furniture and the kitchen is fully equiped. The beds are very good. The resort is very nice with two pools, tennis courts, basketball hoop.

It’s all about location

Great location for IMG, beaches and Bradenton/Sarasota area. Property is well located within the Shorewalk community. I dropped the rating to 4 star as the quality of the bedlinen could have been better and the cookware was very basic - however it was a great apartment and may stay again.

Fantastic condo, great location

Very good communication from booking to leaving. Nice and clean condo with everything you would need during your stay. We turned up 5 days after Milton with power connected the day we arrived with tree and debris around but the staff on site were quick to get things up and running for guests. Definitely stay again.

Great Place, nice lanai

Convenient to restaurants and supermarket. King bedroom sheets could use replacing. Some fry pans were scratched teflon. Everything else was just great. Would return.

Great location and property

The unit had everything we needed. It was clean and very comfortable. The development was really nice with 2 good pools. Had not stayed in the west coast before and I will definitely return. Depending upon traffic Anna Marie Island was less than 30 minutes away. Great beaches and a lot of very good restaurants to choose from. Check out the Van Wezel Center in nearby Sarasota. We got to see the traveling tour of Hamilton

Ok place to stay.

The property is clean, but it is out dated and run down. The blinds going to the balcony will fall off if you merely touch them. We never opened them, but 2 fell off by looking through to see the balcony. The beds are very uncomfortable. It smells old. The dryer is worn out. It stops working and smells like hot wires. I messaged them to let them know and I was told a technician would be sent out. Then I got another message saying to use permanent press and there wouldn’t be an issue, which makes it seem as though this has been brought to their attention before. For the price, it should be in better condition. It’s a Motel 6 accommodation with a Marriot price.

Thank you so much for your review. Thanks God this kind of guest like you comes once every 3 years. If you check all our reviews before we always got 4 or 5 stars. You must live in a different world what I don't want to know. To put you on the loop a Motel 6 is only one room and more expensive than our 2BR/Condos and a lot cheaper than a Marriot Hotel. You just paid $110.00 a night plus taxes for a 1100 SqFt 2 BR/2 BA condo!!! About our Bed sheets they were fresh washed, you stayed 2 weeks may be it can smell after a week if you don't wash it. And as you know you could contact me at any time. About the dryer I asked you to use a different program before I send a technician and you never come back to me after it! Lastly before you checked-in all the blinds were OK and not broken, don't know what you did with it. There is a notice on the wall who tell you how to use the blinds... Oh and you never mentioned that I replace a TV in the middle of your stay and did other things you asked me to do immediately. Conclusion: Future Owners/Managers be careful before you accept this kind of guest in your property. Also because one of the guest was armed!

We enjoyed the property. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The twin beds were not super comfy because the mattress was too small for the mattress cover and sheets. So everything just slid around.
