Let the good times roll at River Front 95! A vacation rental like no other on the Parker Strip! 4 beautiful bedrooms, pullout couch and 2 bathrooms in the main house. An additional (super cool!) bathroom and plenty of comfy couches in the detached game room and bar. Outdoor deck, fenced yard, beach bar, launch ramp. The best of everything! This is the perfect spot for any special occasion!

No detail was overlooked in this perfect vacation spot. The bar and game room are what river dreams are made of! Pool, shuffleboard, large tv's, full bar and all the good times you can imagine. The main house is gorgeous and clean and comfortable and simply amazing! First class furniture, beds, linens and towels will make you feel right at home. The kitchen is fully stocked with all your vacation needs. The beauty continues outdoors with brand new decks, mood lighting and everything you need to host the best bbq ever. River views for days and outdoor sitting galore. You don't have to worry about your boat on the brand-new dock and everyone will love the beach area. Complete with swings, lounge chairs and another bar! Furry friends are welcome and there is a fenced grass yard for them to play. You have access to the private boat launch a few houses down. You'll never want to leave!

NOTES: The water depth at the dock is generally around 4-5 feet. The depth might vary slightly if the dock gates are opened, but it typically stays within that range. You can usually expect at least 4 feet, and often closer to 5.

Great house

This is a great house, we loved having the separate media/game room for the teenagers to hang out in. The house was very clean and perfect size for our party of 12. Would definitely stay here again

River Oasis

Great spot on the river and beautiful property. We bbq and celebrated and rode jet skis. It was such a fun trip. The game room was a giant hit for the teens and adults.

Great getaway on the River

We stayed at this home numerous times and love the convenience of it being right on the river, it has enough space for the dogs and our family to stay comfortably . The house is stocked with most everything you would need for your vacation.. The game room/garage is set up for tons of fun. We will definitely be back.

Great outdoor patio

House was very clean and nicely appointed. The outdoor patio with bbq was fantastic. The main house was a little tight for 6 adults. The game room was really fun but not connected to the house.

The home is incredible. Beautiful location with an amazing dock. The game room was unreal. Lots of time was spent at night playing pool and the old school arcade games. Current is a little strong out front but it wasn't too bad. Definitely coming back.

Except for the crazy amount of bugs, both dead and alive, which couldn't be helped, it was very clean. The location is perfect for families with children to play in the water beachside. The game room is fantastic, but be aware that it is not attached to the house, its up a full flight of stairs behind the house, preventing supervision of younger members of the group. The deck is fantastic with great views and built-in baby gates at the top to prevent falls. There is a lot of seating outside including down by the dock. Be sure to get the laundry done when you are out of the house, because it is quite loud in the living area when its running. More than a single dishwasher pod would have been helpful but everything else is provided. For large groups like ours, it would be nice to have enough silverware for everyone but we made it work. We would return.

This is a great house. The kitchen is well appointed. TV was easy to use. There was a nice collection of amenities, even poker chips. The beds are all very comfortable and the air conditioner worked well. The game room and bar in the converted garage is nice. The best part of the house is the beautiful deck. Very nice to sit out there and watch the river go by. The downstairs bar is nice too. The dock is practically brand new and was perfect for out two wave runners. The water is not very deep right there and the current can be very strong. We saw lots of beautiful bird life on the small island just a few yards away. The house is only 2.4 miles form Havasu Springs marina where we got a slip for our surf boat to enjoy on Lake Havasu. This was very convenient. riding the wave runners on the river is fun. Best of both worlds.We really enjoyed this house and would love to stay again.

Not terrible

Based on the pictures, we expected a different type of house. Bigger and rooms and bathrooms better proportioned. We all paid the same and I felt so guilty getting the master bedroom and bathroom. The current in that area is too strong to swim - we hardly enjoyed the beach or inflatables there, because the river was low and couldn't go out further due to the current. The game room was awesome!

Spring Break Fun!2025 Spring Break - Absolutely Fantastic Colorado River Getaway!

Our spring break trip to this Parker, Arizona home on the Colorado River was an absolute blast! The house was impeccably clean and very well-maintained, making for a comfortable and relaxing stay. We were so impressed with how well-supplied it was – it truly had everything we needed to make the most of our vacation. Being right on the Colorado River allowed us to explore the beautiful lower section, and the close proximity to Lake Havasu was a fantastic bonus! The information provided by the owners was excellent, especially the clear directions for channel access to the dock and the helpful heads-up about the low water levels on Thursdays – this was incredibly useful for our boating! The owner was also incredibly responsive and friendly, answering any questions we had promptly and ensuring we had everything we needed. A huge highlight for the kids (and the adults!) was the fantastic game room – it provided hours of entertainment and truly made their spring break memorable. We had such a wonderful and fun-filled spring break at this home, and we would absolutely love to return in the future. Thank you for providing such a fantastic place for our family to make lasting memories!
