Relax with the whole family in this beautifully appointed Lake Avalon house, a relaxing retreat on the water. A private getaway on the north shore of crystal-clear, sandy-bottom, Lake Avalon. Indoor and outdoor living spaces, gorgeous views, and 70 ft of private water frontage.

The Space:
This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom cottage is tucked in its own private valley surrounded by trees that provide lots of shade over the second-story deck off the kitchen and living room, while the southern exposure provides great sun on the decks overlooking the water and the private dock access to the lake. The lower level walks out to a intimate patio offering a cozy place to curl up day or night, with the same great water views.

Kayaks and paddleboards are provided for hours of fun in the sun. Wifi and streaming services are available on all TVs. Fully appointed kitchen and all linens and towels supplied. Just bring your bathing suits and sunglasses to enjoy your new home away from home.

The main level has a living room, and a fully appointed kitchen with a large island with seating on both sides for prepping and gathering. The living room has a queen sofa bed. The kitchen and living room walk out to a large deck with plenty of seating for outdoor eating. The first floor also offers a bedroom (queen), full bathroom, and laundry room with a washer and dryer.
The second-story has a half bathroom and two bedrooms with lake views. The first bedroom has a Queen bed with a twin trundle. The second bedroom has twin-over-full bunk bed and twin trundle bed.

The lower-level has a full bathroom and living space with a wet bar, beverage fridge and freezer, large table, and another queen sofa bed. The lower-level walks out to a private covered patio. Cozy up to the gas fire table with beautiful views even when the weather isn’t at its best.

Multiple outdoor decks offer options for sun-lovers and shade-seekers alike. Solo fire pit for s’more and campfire stories.

The house has beds for beds for 13 if some are kids. It more comfortably sleeps 10 if all are adults.
