This is the first time we have stayed somewhere multiple times. We came last year and loved the place so much we booked it for this year before we even left. It is perfect for us. The owners are so nice they are like family. We love the horse and sheep and visit them daily, along with the beautiful and well behaved dogs. The bed is super comfortable with is very important to us. I have never felt more comfortable at a VRBO.

It was perfect!! A pool right outside my door, beautiful decor and very up to date appliances. Most of all Laurel and Bill could not have been nicer! A barn full of horses, sheep and chickens was a delight for my grandson. Already planning on staying again!

The stay was like being at home, very comfortable. The view was very pretty cool too. We got to see horses, chickens, goats and mini pony’s. I am pretty sure I saw a bald eagle fly over the pool when I was sun bathing. Our hosts were so friendly and pleasant to talk too. This rental has everything you need. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Place was exactly as pictured. Loved seeing the animals on the property and her dogs. Wish I could have taken them all home with us!Everything we wanted to do was easy to get to and lots of cute towns.Owners were nice and helpful!

Beautiful, friendly and relaxing

If we could have a home away from home this would be it. Absolutely lovely host, beautiful property, and great central location to so many places. The property was quiet. The pool was refreshing after a long day. We had everything we needed provided up front by the host.

Great place to stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We truly enjoyed our time here. It’s clean, convenient, and modern. The Walsh’s are friendly and a joy to talk to. The apartment is located on a small farm, where you can see horses, sheep, and chickens, and you can explore the area freely. We absolutely loved it. It's an ideal spot for enjoyable day trips to Salem or the coast. If we return to Massachusetts, we would definitely choose to stay here again.

Best place ever!!!

If you like animals and nice people in a beautiful setting...this is the place for you! Everything we needed was there and waiting for us. The bed was super comfy and we slept great every night. We even booked our next stay before we left. Usually we like to stay at different places, but nothing can beat this one. The owners made sure we had everything we wanted. Beautiful, quiet, peaceful.

Great experience!

This property exceeded all of our expectations! Laurel and Bill are wonderful hosts. At the end of two weeks we felt like part of the family! The apartment is nicely furnished and and offers a true oasis at the end of many busy days! Thank you for making our vacation extra special!

Lovely pool and large airy apartment

This lovely, quiet farm is a welcoming retreat from the big city hustle and bustle but is close to restaurants, historic Ipswich, polo and several beaches.. This was our second visit and hope to visit again soon.

Absolutely Awesome!

We had an excellent experience at this place. It's a small one bedroom, very high-end unit. So clean, quiet and peaceful. It is equipped with everything you need and things you didn't know you needed! The hosts were very helpful, kind and courteous at all times. Just a click away if we needed them but not hovering over you. The view from the windows was calming. Overlooking the gorgeous pool and patio area. A lovely place for a morning wake up coffee! Very important feature to us is WiFi. This was super speedy, reliable and simple to use. The location is ideal for traveling to visit the seafaring city of Newburyport. Many restaurants and other things to do in just a short ride away. We strongly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed! Our one and only complaint: we had to leave too soon! This was an awesome way to spend the last 3 days of our trip from Florida to New England. We would have stayed a month if we had the time. Strongly recommend a week stay at a minimum - you will not regret it!

Hobby Farm Heaven

This apartment gem was so quiet, clean, new and convenient to the town of Ipswich, Massachusetts. Our hosts, Bill and Laurel were so kind and helpful with any questions we had. Knowing the area helped us too. The weather was over the top hot! But then there was an outdoor pool just outside our patio door. Perfect way to cool down every night.

Best place to stay

This property perfectly met our needs. It was spotlessly clean, well appointed and close to the town. Our hosts were very friendly, helpful and welcoming. They were a wealth of knowledge about the area and local sites. Having the farm animals made it more memorable.
