Acogedora cabaña de playa ubicada en dunas blancas privadas en la playa Wingaersheek de 1,5 millas. Lo mejor de ambos mundos, gran patio verde con huerto y amplio porche. Un minuto a pie de playa. La casa tiene cuatro dormitorios. Dos de las habitaciones son camas queen size. Uno tiene dos gemelos el otro tiene una cama doble. También tiene un sofá doble. Cinta de correr también disponible para su uso! El hogar tiene aire acondicionado en todo.

Encantadora casa de campo cuenta con plantaciones maduras, muebles nuevos, ducha al aire libre y aire acondicionado. Amplio aparcamiento. Short walk to gorgeous private beach

Restful, clean and comfortable stay with a super friendly and helpful host. We loved our vacation here, and found this location private and tranquil but very close to local attractions.

The house isn’t directly on the beach BUT was only a 5 minute walk (if you are hard of walking my mother in law did it with having 16 procedures on her knee. You can do it as well!). House was clean and comfortable. Host was amazing with communication as well as early check in opportunity if it was available. Would definitely rebook this house for sure!

Loved this place! Great layout, plenty of room and the beach was beautiful. Heads up on getting the greenhead spray ahead of time if you come in July!

Short walk to beach

Best part about this property was how close it is to the beach! The house is charming with plenty of room to spread out or come together. It was great for our multi-generational group!

Beautiful area and beach with lots of fun things to do both locally and in nearby Boston

We had a wonderful week. Plenty of fun things to do for all ages. We went in the winter but still enjoyed our walks on this beautiful beach. It’s close to Boston where we went to the stand zoo with our grandkids. They loved it too!

Wonderful, relaxing beach trip!

The beach is amazing, and you can walk for hours along the shore, with the calm waters cooling your feet. Sadly, there were a lot of jellyfish, which I had never seen before in this area like this - very usual. I think it was a result of recent storms. But still, they were easy to spot and avoid. The house is comfortable and lovely and we had a great time playing games, napping and reading, and visiting. The sun porch is lovely.
The beach at sunset was spectacular!

Wonderful access to a fabulous beach (5 minutes away). That was a real priviledge. The house is in need of TLC but owner was responsive when an issue arose.

Overall we had a very nice time on our vacation to beautiful Coffins Beach. The house was very nice and equipped with everything we needed. The only real concern was the mosquitoes in the yard. They were horrible!! Thank goodness I always leave home with plenty of bug spray. Everyone had their arms and legs eaten up until I convinced them to put the bug spray on. Thank you Jennifer for letting us use your beach house. Mary

We absolutely love our family time while staying at Jennifer’s house. This year, we celebrated an engagement and Jennifer was extremely accommodating! You just can’t beat the short walk to the beach, the spaciousness both inside and out and that outdoor shower. Grandchildren are already talking about going back. Thanks again, Jennifer!

Salem and surrounding areas.

The house was absolutely beautiful, the beach was breathtakingly beautiful as well. This was our first trip this far north and totally different from any beach we had ever been to. We saw many deer in the yard which added to the beauty, all the neighbors were friendly, everything was clean throughout and the beds were very comfortable which is a huge plus for us! The TV gave just a little bit of trouble but the host Jenifer responded quickly and it was a simple fix. Would definitely recommend this home and would come back!

Great location in Gloucester

We had a wonderful stay for a week at this house in Gloucester for our vacation. It was a quiet neighborhood and the house had plenty of space. We saw deer and turkey in the yard. We appreciated the air conditioning on the warmer days. The house was clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a great sun room with large windows for the summer breeze. We were very close to our whale watching trips and to several restaurants. Jennifer was quick to respond to any communication and called before we arrived to give us check in information. The private beach was the best part of our stay here - it was just a short walk away and we enjoyed taking our two dogs for walks on the beach every morning and evening. The beach was beautiful and never very crowded. We would absolutely return to this house again. Thank you, Jennifer, for a wonderful place to stay!

Stunning beach and great beach house

The house is as others describe, with some needed updates, but the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and functional. The house was a great size, plenty of room for our group of 7 and the A/C was lovely. Great comfy sun porch with windows that provided a great reading space with a lovely cross breeze. And the beach is stunning, and so close. It is the star. I just wish I had more time to enjoy the sunset and long walks out there. Truly, a magical beach. Great food and fun places to see not too far away. Jennifer was very responsive. A bit more instruction and tips about house would be helpful.

Beautiful beach at a quiet location

If you want easy, quick access to an absolutely wonderful beach and have a pet to accommodate, this is a good place to meet your needs. There are 3 wall a/c units: in 2 of the bedrooms and in the living area. There's a ceiling fan in the dining/kitchen area. Large trees provide a lovely privacy screen from the nearest neighboring properties; this place really benefits from not having other properties very close by — you have privacy even when using the large deck space & grilling with the new gas grill. Plenty of towels and beach towels are provided!

Idyllic location and a perfect beach house!

Location!! A short walk to the most beautiful private beach I’ve ever seen! The sand actually sparkles. We enjoyed the nature finds on the beach as well (sand dollars!! Hermit crabs! And more). Minutes away from Wingaersheek beach, which was a beautiful adventure of its own! The house is worn with love, but very clean and perfectly functional. We all slept comfortably, enjoyed the beautiful deck and yard, sipped tea in the amazing sun room, loved the outdoor shower, and had plenty of bathrooms for all. Absolutely no complaints. The pictures of the property don’t do it any justice. Very private and safe neighborhood. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Fantastic beach and quiet location

If you want easy, quick access to an absolutely wonderful beach and have a pet to accommodate, this is a good place to meet your needs. There are 3 mini-split a/c units: in 2 upstairs bedrooms and in the living area. There's a ceiling fan in the dining/kitchen area. Two bedrooms do not have a/c, unless the owner has installed a window unit. Large trees provide shade and a lovely privacy screen from the nearest neighboring properties; this place really benefits from not having other properties very close by — you have privacy even when using the large deck space & grilling with the gas grill. Plenty of towels and beach towels are provided! The freezer has an ice maker.

Can’t Wait to Return!

All previous reviews were pretty spot on. Location location location— helped us look past the little things: Towels are well worn, kitchen (sharp) knives, wine glasses and other drink ware were very limited. Bathroom door didn’t close. We couldn’t find a blender. Again, all of these things were minor and the rest of our experience was perfect! We loved the huge deck (bring safety gates if you have little ones) Other common areas were able to accommodate our extended family comfortably. (6 adults, 3 children under 4). The beach is so close that one of us could easily walk back to grab something or use the bathroom. Outdoor shower (shower curtain could be replaced) was ideal. The house is within 15 minutes of downtown, shopping, urgent care, etc although there’s a variety store minutes away with just about anything. We are coming back next summer. Thankfully.

Great location

I’m glad this house was available on such a short notice, as our other location fell through at the last minute. Cute house with plenty of room. Jennifer was very nice and made the check in very simple. The house sets back off the road and made it feel like you were out in the country. Short walk to the beautiful beach. Gloucester is a cute little town with some great places to eat.

Expected a great beach and got a great beach house too.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at this clean and comfortable beach cottage. The layout worked well for our large, multi-generational group. The beach is a very short walk from the house and just tremendous, especially for families with young children. The sand is pristine and the water is shallow. We hope to return!!!

Stunning Beach, cottage needs some repairs/updates

The highlight of this stay was far and away the stunning beach and very short easy walk. Our young children loved running the private beach, wading in the shallow waters, and searching for shells and sand dollars among the tide pools. We cannot wait to return to this beach again. The house is plenty big enough for our family of four and then some. The AC units worked tremendous and kept the house perfectly cool even on the hottest of days. The house is in need of a deep clean, small repairs, and some basic updates. The owner is very nice but seems very busy and doesn’t provide a lot of guidance or instruction.

Family owned property. Took it over about 8 years ago and made some beautiful changes. Perfect for a family that loves the beach, family outdoor time, gardening, and relaxing. Older children with juggling schedules have made it impossible to use the property this summer
