This vacation home is perfectly placed within minutes of the OWA water/theme park and a short drive to the beach. Local shopping at the Tanger Mall is just down the road. In town for the Foley Sports Complex? We're 3 miles away!

Wake up in the morning and enjoy a coffee at your leisure in the sunroom while you enjoy the view of the beautifully landscaped back yard. After you've finished breakfast, enjoy the private backyard, complete with a swimming pool and beautiful coy pond for your viewing pleasure. Once the evening sets in, you can enjoy a chat with family and friends around the fire pit.

The home includes 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a queen bed, smart tv and master bath. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and smart tv. The third bedroom includes a full bed. The final room is a multipurpose room containing a day bed with pull out trundle which features two twin beds, perfect for the kiddos.

Awesome

Check-in was a breeze everyone with me had a great time and enjoyed the property. We were able to go to the beach but then come back and go swimming in the evenings. It was nice to have a grill too. Matt was awesome.

The Oasis

The owner was very easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions we had. The outdoor space was amazing — the pool area was beautiful, and the extra-large fire pit made for great evenings. The location was perfect, giving us easy access to all the activities we wanted to do in the area. Highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again!

Just like home

Matts place was comfy and relaxing. Very quiet. The pool was a great bonus on those 85 degree days. Even had someone come clean out the pool during our stay. The beds were really comfortable. I didnt see it mentioned but the two other bdrms besides the master are childrens rooms. They are full size beds and the other bedroom is a daybed. Communication was clear and check in was easy. We would definitely recommend and stay again! Thanks again Matt!

Foley fall break

Matt was a dream to communicate with. Very responsive and answered any questions or concerns we had. We really liked the location of the house. Close to stores and restaurants, but only a short 20 min drive to the beach. The house was fantastic, but the pool was the star. Many unexpected amenities were there for us. We are already planning our next trip back!

Fantastic House and Location

House was exactly what was listed and great for a family. Host has everything you need plus more, all we had to supply was food. OWA, The Wharf, Tanger Outlet, plenty of restaurants and the beach were all within a 20 minute drive. Fantastic communication with the host. We are looking forward to staying here again.

Peaceful yet Relaxing

We loved this place; it was off the Beaten path but close enough to everything. It was a peaceful, yet relaxing place and we would definitely stay here again. We loved the location and how quite it was at night. So, if you are looking for something not right at the beach and want some privacy this is the place. It provides everything you need yet is close to the beach with a short drive.

The house & Pool was amazing. Very peaceful country setting . It’s is close to a small airport so you can watch the jets fly over while relaxing in the pool . The property was exactly as described and the Host very responsive. Will definitely stay again .

Enjoyable Getaway

My family stayed here from 13 to 20 Aug. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this location. The property is perfectly located for fun adventures and beach play. The host was very accommodating and responsive. Even brought us firewood so the boys could have S'mores :) It was a perfect fit for our family to meet (we are from Missouri, my son is in the Navy in Virginia and our nephew is also Navy stationed about 1.5 hr from this location). The kids loved the pool :) Had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property to others.

Great staycation

We booked the home to have space to visit with family both inside the home and outside. It was perfect. The kids loved the pool and fish pond. Adults loved that there was always a part of the yard shaded. Beds were comfortable and kitchen has everything we needed

Softball trip

We enjoyed the stay. House had everything we needed. We was there for a softball tournament so we did not get to use the pool much. Beds was comfortable and the showers was nice it actually has good water pressure. It is in a very quiet neighborhood although you do hear some car noise due to be at a 4 way stop. Host was very nice and if I’m going to be in area again I will probably be staying here

Foley trip

We enjoyed our stay in Foley. The property was perfect for our family. Plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved the pool and just a short drive to the beach. House is close to several stores and restaurants.

The oasis

My family and I absolutely enjoyed our stay here. The property is just down the road from your standard stores, and just a short drive away from the beach a tourist spots. The neighborhood seemed nice and both it and the house felt safe. I would definitely stay again.

The Oasis

Loved our stay at this awesome property. Secluded oasis is right! Close to beaches, restaurants and shopping. Owners being nearby is a plus, but they weren’t needed during our stay! Definitely would recommend to others.

Relaxing oasis

My family and I throughly enjoyed our stay here. The pool is like a oasis. Very private. The slide was a big hit with the kids. The location is very close to OWA and a short drive to the beach. Lots of different restaurants close by. Very clean and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The property manager Matt was very helpful.
