This comfortable 1 bedroom studio will not disappoint! Featuring a jacuzzi brand whirlpool tub in the updated stylish bathroom. His & Her robes for your enjoyment during your stay, plus the bonus of a washer & dryer free of charge in the unit. Enjoy meals in the fully equipped kitchen... Plus, the location cannot be beat! Just two blocks from Central Avenue and a short walk to the waterfront. You will have free on-street parking with a guest parking pass. Along with everything you can enjoy in Downtown, we are also in close proximity to the interstate with easy access to Sarasota & Tampa!
*Please note- Processing fees for confirmed bookings are non-refundable in the case of cancelation.
Do not engage in any illegal activity during your stay.
Please take your shoes off so the wood floors and light carpets stay nice.
Only confirmed guests are allowed in the unit.
Pets are not allowed in this unit for any reason.
Please request late check out before 9am on your departure date. Late check out for longer than 30 minutes without permission will result in a fee of half the nightly rate. If more than one hour, a fee of 1 nights rental will be charged.
If you would like to enjoy the Jacuzzi tub, please fill the water past the jets before turning on.
Please refrain from frying fish or cooking any other pungent foods during your stay.
While spending time in the condo or on the balconies please respect the neighbors. You will find that everyone is friendly and courteous. We are all in close proximity to each other so being quiet is a must.
Smoking of any kind including e-cigarettes is not allowed inside the condo. You may smoke on the balconies with the condo doors and windows closed. A fee of $300 will be assessed if smoke of any kind is detected upon departure.
Please return the parking pass and keys to avoid extra charges ($100 for the pass & $35 for the keys)
