Cute Bungalow 3 properties from Beach. Watch Sunsets from Deck!


You will love the Beach Bungalow which is located just 3 properties off the beach with direct beach access. You will find the most beautiful white sand beaches at the end of the pathway to the beach.

Enjoy awesome sunsets from the front deck or enjoy a cup of coffee watching the sunrise. This cozy elevated unit has 1 bedroom with a King bed and 2 full bathrooms. There is a Sleeper Sofa in the living room for additional sleeping. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, electric range and refrigerator.

The Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a shower and a doorway to the back deck. The second full bathroom is just off the living room and has a tub/shower combo.

There is a private driveway with one covered parking space and a storage room on the ground level with beach chairs. There is also a covered area in the back on the ground level.

Flexible Check in Days!! Non-Smoking unit.

VRC16-000682- Local ordinances require guest stays of at least 7 nights.

Noise Notice as required by The City of Holmes Beach:
You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet hours are from 10pm- 8am.

This property was very close to the beach, less than a minute walk, actually just three houses from the beach The property was clean, the bed was very comfortable. The kitchen was functional, but could use a new nonstick skillet and Updated cookie sheet.

A Great Location and Stay

First time staying in a Bungalow like this and it was very enjoyable. Had everything you need in the kitchen. Very quiet and peaceful area and only a few steps from the beach. Would love to stay here again.

Wonderful property so close to the beach. Even going through tropical storm Debby, we had everything we needed and felt safe and secure. Can't wait to come back!

... location, location! Everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation. Only drove our car once! The Seventies are the place to be in Holmes Beach.

Lovely spot on the beach

A straightforward and very comfortable one-bedroom 147 steps from Holmes Beach. We had a delightful time. The kitchen is modestly equipped so don't make big cooking plans, but you'll want to go out out anyway. Strong recommend.

Beach Bungalow

Easy access. Great for walking to many places - especially beach. Television programming did not include those we usually watch. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc. All in all it was a nice stay.

Birthday vacation

Come for a birthday trip from my spouse. Great trip. Bungalow was good. A litte dated in some areas but nothing serious. It didn't have a blow dryer but they took care of that. Hot water tank went to leaking but they replaced while we were out for the day so not to interrupt our time. All in all would stay again. Thanks
