You can explore the beauty of five different ocean peninsulas within 30 min. drive, including hiking, swimming holes, and ocean beaches.
The space: Eagle’s View is a peaceful home nestled on a hillside in a quiet rural neighborhood. You occupy a 900+square foot, one story home with an eat-in kitchen with attached living room, one bedroom with a queen sized bed, one bedroom with a full bed, an office with a desk and cozy chair, and a private bath with a tub. You have access to the washer/dryer in the basement.
Guest access: There is a path from parking to your private entrance through the kitchen, with a fifteen foot incline between your car and the entrance.
Other things to note:
You have access to a dock 200 feet from the home for picnics/fishing/swimming that is shared with other neighbors. If you’d like to bring a kayak or small boat to spend time on the water, you are welcome to do so.
The office with a door could accommodate a child or baby for sleeping.
