Pelican Cove is a charming two-bedroom, one and a half bath, waterfront home on the quiet Rockport peninsula of Copano Ridge. This home will sleep 6 guests, as well as your fur baby! The cozy, open floor plan is complimented by the fabulous outdoor spaces. When you venture outside, you’ll have a dilemma deciding how you should spend your time. Options include fishing, kayaking, just relaxing, or visiting all the sites the Coastal Bend has to offer.  The back deck lends itself to enchanting evenings with stunning sunsets.

Decorated with spectacular photos from the local area, the open concept living room, dining room, and kitchen have direct water views. The living room offers seating for six with several comfortable armchairs and a sofa sleeper which folds out to a queen size bed. The flat-screen TV competes with the water view through the sliding glass door. The spacious kitchen offers a generous amount of counter space and a complete array of dishes, pots, pans, and appliances, including a dishwasher. The informal dining area seats four and with the quick addition of the table leaf can accommodate six.

The primary bedroom offers a king-sized bed, an armoire, and plenty of natural sunlight from the bay windows. The ensuite bathroom has grab rails in the tub/shower and is the primary bathroom for the residence. You’ll appreciate all the counter and storage space in this bathroom.

The second bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, closet, and half a bath.  There is a sizeable laundry room located off the kitchen that also offers a desk and chair.

Pelican Cove offers fabulous outdoor spaces starting with front and back decks. Enjoy wonderful views of the water and a spectacular view of the sunsets over Copano Harbor. Don’t forget fishing from the dock or putting your kayak in the water from the private kayak slip in the backyard, just steps from the house!

This inlet from Copano Bay is the perfect place to relax, fish, and bird-watch. Many species live in the surrounding area including ducks, pelicans (brown and white), herons, king fishers and egrets to name a few. You can catch redfish, trout, and black drum from the dock or take your kayak out into the bay.

Cancellations: Changes or cancellations to reservations less than 30 days must be made 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. Monthly rentals must be canceled 30 days prior to arrival to receive a refund. Monthly rentals canceled within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the first month's rent and processing fees. For reservations made less than 14 days before arrival, you have 24 hours from the time that you made your reservation to cancel or shorten your stay.
