Ocean views from both bedrooms, the living room and private deck! Walk to the 750' fishing pier to see the dolphins playing or throw a line out and catch some fish! Boat parking and a private boat ramp come with the rental.

Had a great time. Communication with the owners was great and helped us when we needed it. Place was very clean and we enjoyed our stay. Definately accommodated to what we came down for! Kids were happy and us too!

The property was clean, the check in easy. There were plug in air fresheners, which are generally toxic to dogs, which we unplugged during our stay. They also gave my husband's allergies fits. We enjoyed the pier, walked the Fulton Beach Road, and love the quiet neighborhood.

Very happy with our stay. Nicely decorated, clean, great location!

This place checked all the boxes for our family. Lots of extras we weren't expecting. The dock is great, we saw lots of birds. Safe, quiet, we were really happy and hope to go back soon!

Lovely getaway

This condo was a perfect place to get away and relax with the comforts of home. Beautifully decorated with a lovely view of waves crashing onto the shore. King size bed is firm and the other two are on the softer side, all are comfortable and clean. Great space. We definitely recommend it highly

Best Vrbo in Rockport!

We are very impressed with the cleanliness and overall beauty of the home! Tim was very helpful when we had any questions and responded very quickly. I would definitely recommend this spot to anybody wanting a vacation on the water! The pier is beautiful and the sunrise is something that you won’t want to miss! We will definitely be back.

Coastal memories

Condo was clean and beautifully remodeled. Host was quick to respond and very helpful. Property was easy to locate and enter. Good viewing for the morning sun rises. Although for our time it was bit chilly, unexpected cool front. We're looking forward to returning in warmer weather.

Very clean condo, the balcony is good place to enjoy your morning coffee. The master bedroom was great with a super comfortable and firm mattress. Loved the bluetooth speaker in the bathroom, got to enjoy some true crime while getting ready. Plus the charging stations were very useful. The private pier is also very nice, and got to enjoy some father/daughter time fishing, although it is far from the nearest baitshop it’s worth it with that peaceful/scenic drive. Can’t wait to go back next year!

My new favorite Rockport Stay

Stayed at this property to take a little vacation and this condo has everything you need to relax, enjoy and take in the beauty of Rockport. The owners have every type of technology you need to bluetooth and charge your electronics. I never had to use my own chargers. I relaxed with the ability to stream my own Hulu, Peacock, etc with the wifi. The home is nicely decorated and welcomes you upon entering. I was not able to walk the pier at night but was able to go for a walk in the morning and stayed four hours. It's very well built and a must see. The owners were very accommodating and welcoming which made me enjoy the stay even more. Hope to stay here again. My new favorite place to stay!

In dire need of cleaning. The couches were dirty upon lifting the sofa seats. There was dirt and dead roaches underneath the couches. The underneath of beds were dusty and dirty.Our stay there was not worth the money we paid .

It’s what is on the inside that counts…

Not initially impressed with complex, No hot tub as was mentioned in description and place was very run down at first glance outside. Also, didn’t realize we were staying on the 2nd floor so stairs were not expected and did negatively impact our stay as I was bringing my mom for her 73rd birthday… it was very challenging… HOWEVER, inside was nice, clean, comfortable, well furnished… relaxing! Overall it turned out ok, but stairs were a huge negative for us!

This property was perfect for us. We wanted a challenge & that's what we got! The condo was a complete renovation- everything in there is new! We love the property 1) because Rockport is awesome & 2) the access to the 750' fishing pier and boat ramp is everything you could ask for!

Fishing on the 750' private fishing pier or launching your boat within minutes of walking out of the condo. Then coming back to the condo after a long day and relaxing while having a drink, looking at the ocean and feeling the cool ocean breeze! It's a very special place!
