Ready to escape the city? This quiet farmhouse will give you a taste of Hill Country. Ranch life.
The oversized porch gives you a relaxed place to big open ranch views, stunning sunsets and wonderful Texas birds & wildlife watching experiences.
Spring Branch Ranch, is 5 minutes from Guadalupe State Park & the Guadalupe River.
We are close to many wedding venues . Take it easy at this unique tranquil getaway but be so close to city restaurants. We are also close to several historic dance halls & loads of water activities. Guadalupe River State Park is just 15 minutes away. Enjoy clean air and open breezes. This is a real Farmhouse that sits on six sprawling acres. You will definitely witness some stunning sunsets.
Play some outdoors games, charcoal, or run and play. The yard is fenced. You will always enjoy farm fresh eggs in the vintage kitchen. The house sits and overlooks the original ranch barn that was built in the 1920s.

This is an amazingly beautiful and peaceful farmhouse The Sunsets are fabulous, the farmhouse is beautiful and cozy…and It’s a perfect getaway to reset your mind Camille is a wonderful host who’s heart and soul is a a big as Texas!The farm fresh eggs were a great way to start our day and coffee on the porch gave us a wonderful experience of country life We will definitely be back as soon as possible and are so grateful for this amazing stay

This farmhouse is an exceptional place to stay while visiting the Texas Hill Country. We really enjoyed the beautiful views, the wrap-around porch, the places to drink coffee and have breakfast both inside and outside, and the central heat and air! Located at the end of the road behind a gate, there is no drive-by traffic. Camille generously made sure that we had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay and Bart gave us the history of the farm that has been in his family for generations. We felt very grateful to have the opportunity to stay there for a week.

Absolutely the best appointed rental we have stayed in for a weekend! Everything you could need or want in the kitchen, bathrooms and outside seating was there. The owner is very accommodating and lovely to talk with about life in the country and how sitting on the fabulous porch solves a multitude of life's worries. Looking forward to another weekend here.

Cute Farmhouse

We booked this house to stay in for a wedding that our family was attending at Western Sky. It accommodated everyone staying with us and was not too far from the venue. We loved the charm of the house and we all enjoyed the morning on the large wrap-around porch. We would stay here again if we have something else in the area.

Quiet Get Away

This"farmhouse" convenient to the town of Spring Branch, located privately at the end of the street, with a great outdoor view. Quiet and a perfect place for family and friends. Loved the dozen fresh eggs and the quick response by the owner to bring me something I forgot. Enjoyed the stay and look forward going back!

Farmhouse charm

The owners have really put a lot of effort to keep the home charming and as if walking back in time with todays technology. Loved the antiques throughout the home with original hardware. It was clean and had all essentials needed for a night stay. Would stay again in in the area! Home owners were very quick to respond to any messages.
