A spacious home located in the North end of Sunriver on a quiet, kid friendly street. The layout of the home allows for groups to be in the family room or the living room for separate activities. This centrally air-conditioned home includes a living room complete with lots of seating and a large smart TV connected to cable, Blu-ray and DVD player. A selection of DVD's can be found below the TV. Puzzles can be found in the cupboards. A gas fireplace provides extra warmth on cold days and nights. In the family room there is a 65" smart TV, a DVD player, and a game table for a round of poker. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for all your home-cooked meals.

You'll find one queen ensuite downstairs as well as one additional queen bedroom.

Upstairs, you'll find the king ensuite with cable TV, a queen ensuite, a bunk room with one bunk and a twin room with 2 twins. A twin over twin bunkbed is also placed in the family room, making this a fun room for kids to stay in. This room does have a door to block the sound from the other rooms and hallway.

The large patio can be accessed via the kitchen, foyer, and master bathroom. Once on the patio you will find a private hot tub and propane grill. There are 2 refrigerators, 1 in the kitchen and the other in a utility room off the laundry room. Foosball along with 5 adult bicycles are in the garage.
