In addition to this, you are granted access to the Ocean Pines community on-site amenities, which include five pools (one year-round indoor pool and four seasonal outdoor pools), a basketball court, a volleyball court, and the community beach.

When it comes to outdoor living and entertainment, this two-story home offers an expansive waterside yard that is perfect for supplied yard games, a private dock that is great for swimming, fishing, and crabbing, a gorgeous gazebo with a gas grill, and a fantastic newer back deck with a nice outdoor dining area and incredible water views.

As you enter this marvelous waterfront retreat, you will discover gorgeous vaulted ceilings with soaring beams in the open floor plan. The welcoming living area offers a great spot to unwind and create everlasting memories with your loved ones as you plan your next adventures or stream your favorite movies and series. If you are visiting during the winter months, the electric fireplace will keep you nice and toasty no matter what. The full kitchen is well-appointed with all the major appliances needed to prepare everything, from quick meals or snacks on the go to full-course meals for the group. There is a second-floor loft overlooking the great room with two primary suites.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
