Captivating Bay Front home with stunning sunsets New dock/kayak launch in 2025!

You will never tire of the variety of sunsets from either screened porch after you spend the day at the beautiful beaches of Cape San Blas. Located conveniently close to Port St. Joe dining options, shops/boutiques, and all four Cape San Blas public beach access points means you can plan out each day at your leisure. Or make no plans at all and just let the sun, wind and surf be your guide.

For the guests that enjoy a more active bayside experience, the community dock/kayak launch has been restored from hurricane Michael and features 970 feet of walkway elevated above the fringes of St. Joe Bay. At the end of the new walkway you will find a large area with steps to the water. Perfect for launching the kayaks, fishing, or bird watching!

Plenty of space for our guest and all the amenities of home. Cooked up a bunch of crab and scallop cakes and enjoyed the cape vistas.

Excellent stay

Perfect Vacation Spot

This home is gorgeous! Great views from the patios and very clean. The host was very helpful with information about the best beach access points and restaurants. 10/10 We will definitely be staying here again if it’s available.

Such a great spot

Kurt is a terrific host and the house offered the perfect spot for our vacation. Whether heading out on the bay for scalloping/fishing, or heading to the many beach areas, this is a great spot for vacation. The house was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Kurt was very responsive and helpful.

Incredible House on the Bay!!

The host was friendly, responsive and helpful! The house was amazing with a two story screened in porch overlooking the bay! With the top level screened porch right off the master suite! There is also a private dock associated with the property that you can walk to and walk right down to the bay. We walked down there really early couple mornings to fish and caught Redfish and Trout!!! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. I can’t recommend this place highly enough! It is a perfect location to go back into downtown PSJ or run up to the Cape! It is super close to Pontoon Boat rentals and Hunts Restaurant which are both great! We will be back for sure!!!

Great Lodging for Enjoying the Area

The property is brand new and fully furnished, offering some amazing views of the Bay and sunsets (as pictured). This is a great location to spend the night before or after getting out on the water. Unfortunately due to recent Hurricane damages, there's no immediate access to the water from here, but public beaches and boat launches are only a short drive away. The nearby area has a variety of parks/beaches, boat rentals, and fishing charters.... After doing all three, we enjoyed cooking our catches in the comfort of this rental!

Nice place

Overall everything was great and it went smoothly. Location is close to town and on the bay. Great views. House was nice, clean, and seemed to be well built (our stay was very windy). The only thing that could have been better is a dock to be able to go out on the bay with kayaks, etc. We hear this may be in the works. That would be great if it works out. Overall it was a very nice stay. Thank you so much.

Phenomenal Owner phenomenal property

The owner of this property is incredible. I would recommend all and everyone to stay at this property. It was a phenomenal experience one of the best I’ve had in my life and I’ve had a lot of them. you will never regret staying at this property and you will never regret communicating with the owner. I rate the property and the owner not a 10 but a 100. We are coming back to this property and we are also sending our friends to this property.

Break after storms

This was a relaxing anniversary trip, albeit a little late due to Helene and Milton. Fortunately, Port St. Joe didn't sustain much damage this time. Kurt was very flexible, allowing us to reschedule our trip. He made great restaurant recommendations, and we enjoyed the ones we went to. He even checked to make sure some of them were open for breakfast since it was the slow season. The house has two screened decks, and the view of the green space and bay is serene and relaxing. A new boardwalk through the wetlands to the bay was completed the day before we left. We highly recommend staying here, and we will certainly be back!

Fabulous Family Time!

We so enjoyed our time at Pink Lemonade. Our family had the best time hanging out at your home. We especially enjoyed the screened porch, nice location 5 miles to downtown. We had my 85 year old Mom and my 92 Stepfather and our young adults, so we had a wide range of ages at the home. The home was clean and comfortable and well stocked. We could not have enjoyed the time more. The owner was gracious enough to offer to let us come early and we left a little bit late. Thank you Kurt! We will come back!

Almost perfect

Our stay at the Pink Lemonade was almost perfect. There were a couple of minor issues, but nothing major. The first thing we noticed was how warm the condo would get in the afternoon despite the fact that the air conditioning was set on 68. The sun coming through the glass doors and the windows in the afternoon kept the living room warmer than we liked. Another issue we had was with the stairs. Our grandchildren(all aged 3 and under) were constantly trying to go up and down the stairs and we eventually had to make a temporary barrier. Also, there wasn't alot of room for them to play. Other than those minor issues, our stay was almost perfect. Thank you!!!
