The Arrowhead Lake Community is a beautiful gated lake community in the Pocono Mountains offering
- 2 lakes with 4 beaches, each with its own playground
- 3 seasonal swimming pools
- tennis and basketball courts
- sledding hill within the community
- a lodge with a billiards room, fitness center, and library
The community holds events throughout the year such as bonfires, fireworks, live music, sip & paint nights, movie nights on the beach.

Please note that in order to enter this gated community, guests must pay additional fees to Arrowhead Lake at least 4 days in advance. Only the host can register guests.

- Car gate pass is $20 per each vehicle.
- Temporary Membership Pass (amenity access) is mandatory for each guest age 6 & older and cost $6 per person per night in season and $2 per night off season.
- Administration Fee is included in the total booking amount as a separate line item when you check out.
- if booking 7 to 10 nights l will cover an additional $40 worth of the fees.
- if booking 10 nights or more l l will cover an additional $80.

For example if you are a party of 4 adults staying 2 nights and arriving in a single car, then your community fees total is $68 in season.
Off season it will be $36.

These steps take just a few moments of your time and help our community maintain high safety standards for all.
After booking your stay please message me the following:
- your email address and vehicle Information: Driver's Name, Car Make, Model, Year, License Plate & State. Or let me know if it's a rental car.
- the number of adults and kids age 6 or under in your group.

Tenants must check in at the rental office before entering the property.

The TV is a ROKU smart TV that has Netflix, Amazon, HBO, and other streaming services available. The TV has a guest mode where you will be able to enter the dates of your stay and will be signed out automatically. Strong wi-fi is available throughout the house.

HEATING: Fireplace, smart controlled baseboards in addition to remote controlled AC / Heat units installed in bedrooms and living room. Extra plug-in heaters are provided as well if needed.

COOLING: WE HAVE A/C. That's right. Most of the Pocono houses do not have a cooling system installed, but our house has multiple remote controlled AC units (in both bedrooms and living room). A fan is also provided in addition. We suggest keeping windows closed during the day and opening everything up in the evening to let the cool air in.

Grill BBQ: Outside on the front porch is a gas grill and picnic table for outdoor dining. Head to the front yard to enjoy a glass of wine around the fire pit.

Garbage: There is a garbage and Recycle center at the front gate below the member services building where we ask guests to drop off trash before leaving. It is a drive-through center with someone there to help you get the trash out of the car.

Wildlife: Besides the cutest squirrels and chipmunks running around we also have deer and bear sightings. Please be mindful of leaving food outside that will attract animals, therefore do not leave food outside and clean the grill after use.
