This home sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably, making it ideal for one family or a group traveling together.

Downstairs, you'll find 2 bedrooms: The first has a bunkbed with a twin bed on top and a full bed on the bottom. In the closet of this room is the washer and dryer that avaliable for use during your stay! The second bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed.



Upstairs is the 3rd and final bedroom is the master bedroom with another queen bed and ensuit bathroom.



Each bedroom is designed to feel calm and restful after a full day exploring the Poconos, with cozy bedding, fresh linens, extra pillows and blankets, and room-darkening shades for a great night’s sleep.

Guest Access:

With the exception of a locked supply closet, you'll have access to the whole home!



Check-in is easy and contactless with a smart keypad. Your unique door code and arrival details will be sent before check-in.



Parking

- Free parking is available onsite for up to 4 vehicles

- All vehicles must display community vehicle passes while in Towamensing Trails



Community Access

- This home is located in the Towamensing Trails community

- While not gated, community registration is required prior to check-in (we’ll provide instructions after booking)

- 8 amenity wristbands are provided for lake and community amenities (maximum allowed by the community)

- Children under 5 do not require a wristband

- Wristbands must be worn at all times when using community amenities

Other Things to Note:

-Pet Fee: $100 per pet (2 pet maximum). Dogs only, please!

- We’re so excited to welcome you to our home! To ensure a smooth arrival, the community asks all guests to complete a short rental registration form. Once your booking is confirmed, we’ll send you a link to fill it out online—it’s quick and easy! To avoid a $75 rush fee, please complete the form at least three days before check-in. If the form isn’t submitted 24 hours prior to arrival, the community does require us to cancel the reservation without a refund. We’re here to help if you have any questions—our goal is to make your stay as seamless and enjoyable as possible! Keep in mind that for bookings made within 3 days, the rush fee will need to be paid after booking.

- All trash/garbage MUST be removed from the exterior of the house and grounds when terminating your stay and brought to the community dumpster conveniently located at the entrance to Towamensing Trails.

- There is a strict no open fire and no firework rule in this community.

- Must be 25 years of age or older to rent.

- A maximum of 4 cars can park onsite.

- All vehicles must display vehicle passes while in the community.
