Welcome to Talavera! This fabulous 2-story, 3 BD/3 BA beauty is newly renovated with travertine flooring and it sits on an oversized corner lot. It features a 25 X 45 pool with waterfall and hot tub for enjoying your cool desert nights. Great neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants and more!

POOL|SPA: The pool is a private pool & spa located in the backyard. 25 X 45 pool with waterfall. Pool: $150/daily fee to 84 degrees. (More heat is an additional fee). Spa only: $35/daily fee to 102 degrees. SPA HEATED ON DEMAND ONLY. USUALLY 15-30 MINUTES TO HEAT, DEPENDING ON THE TIME OF THE YEAR, CAN BE UP TO 50 MINUTES IN COLDER WEATHER. SPA IS NOT HEATED FOR ARRIVAL. Gas prices are at an all time high entering the new year, and we do not profit on these fees. If you need the pool/spa heated upon your arrival, let me know at least 24hrs in advance. We can have it ready for your arrival at that time. Pool heating time varies depending on outside temperature. Pool fee can not be refunded unless heating issue is due to a problem with equipment.
Utility Cap of: $300 per month. If pool is heated than payment must be made in advance and difference will be paid, refunded or carried forward.
PETS: Subject to approval - please confirm whether house trained and size/breed.
**Pool heating is not needed in summer months. Pool heating is available all year and usually recommended mid September to mid June.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT REQUESTS: If you need special accommodations with early check-in/late check-out, we will gladly help UPON AVAILABILITY. Early check-in fee is $75, payment has to be provided upon request, otherwise, the request will not be valid. Late check-out requests are not easily attainable as our staff needs to properly sanitize and clean before the next guests arrive. In the event we do not have a reservation following yours or can bring in extra staff to expedite cleaning substantially, we will gladly accommodate for a $75 fee and move our cleaning crew to a later schedule or help you extend for the day or night at a special rate.All late check out requests need to be submitted before 8:30pm the evening prior to check out
CHECKOUT DUTIES: if you could kindly start a load of pool towels in washing machine, put your trash in the trash bins outside and start the dishwasher. Thank you so much.
RESPONSIBLE RENTING: We have wonderful neighbors that welcome you to our neighborhood, please ensure to respect them and the area around you. Please ensure that the outdoor music level remains at a cell phone or laptop level. Quiet hours begin at 10pm, we are outdoor music needs to be moved indoors & conversations need to be held at a respectable level.
