Relax in this spacious home, 3 BR, 3 baths, hot tub, screened in porch, wrap around front porch, walk to Shawnee Park, which is in our backyard, only 15 minutes to Miami Whitewater State Park, Kayaking, Hollywood Casino, 5 miles to Perfect North Slopes and 20 minutes to downtown Cincinnati and CVG, 40 minutes to Kings Island and 20 minutes to the Cincinnati Zoo. With 2 acres of space and beauty you can have fun around the city but relax in the evenings with the sound of nature. The house is open and has plenty of room for large family gatherings. Large dining room and eat in kitchen seating for 10, plus outdoor table with 6 chairs. Open floor plan kitchen with large bar area and 4 stools. Livingroom with large flat screen TV, and extra wide hallways for easy access. Back porch has, flat screen TV, glass heater and fire pit table.
Bedrooms- master with on suite, King size Bed, flat screen TV, ceiling fan, workout equipment and amazing natural light with walk out to porch. Second bedroom, queen bed, flat screen tv and ceiling fan, desk, computer monitor and printer, third bedroom, Twin bunk bed with trundle bed, pack and play, rocking chair, flat screen TV. The third bedroom also has many needed kid items, bouncy seat, toys, books, side rails for the bed, baby walker, seat with tray for table. You can also fit a queen size air mattress that is available. This is a pet friendly home, however we do ask for a $100 security deposit and you need to reachout to us with pet details like hose trained, stays off furniture and doesn’t bite, etc. This is our primary residence so we take good care of it, we love to host and invite guests in so we hope you will take good care of our home while you are here. Our home is only 10 minutes to Kroger, restaurants, live music and great food a The Carriage house and about 20 minutes to hospitals. Our kitchen will have everything you need to prepare meals including a convection oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender, and the basics for kitchen needs. I will also have coffee filters, tea bags, honey, salt, pepper, basic condiments like mayo, mustard, ketchup and butter for your convenience, if you need anything special, please let me know I will leave it out for your stay!
Our neighborhood is amazing, and we love our neighbors, please observe quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. All towels and linens are provided, a washer and dryer are available should you need to wash them during your stay, ample towels will be provided.

Need a ride downtown? Please let us know in advance and we may be able to provide that for you, additionally if you want to add a continental breakfast, I can prepare that for your stay at an additional charge. ***owner occupied, Please note there is an apartment in the basement and it may be rented or used by owners during your stay, entrance for each is separate. Your privacy will be our priority.
